Tony (draper Utah location) deserves a raise!! I couldn’t find the kids meals grilled cheese online . So I called. He told me he’s look out for the order and make sure it was right. I’ve never had a fast food service be so good. We don’t eat out a lot bc of budget but when we do it’ll be at Freddy’s bc of Troy.

Delivery order never arrived; they use DoorDash as a third party through the delivery option. Driver apparently got lost but never responded to text or phone calls.However, when I called and spoke to the shop on the phone, the gentleman I spoke to was immediately apologetic, said he recalled the order and confirmed it was picked up. Asked if I wanted him to make it fresh and I could come in to pick it up myself.No offer of a discount or credit for the hassle,.etc, but it honestly is the driver and DoorDash's fault, not his or Freddy's. I'm just glad he didn't double charge me, as I suppose he could have.Once I arrived, was immediately greeted. Within a minute or two, the manager came out to apologize again and explain they're remaking the order, and we discussed that this delivery issue is apparently not uncommon. He suggested next time to just dine in.I'd never had Freddy's before and I wasn't overly impressed with the food; kids enjoyed chicken fingers and my wife liked her burger and fries. Would give the shop a second chance, mainly due to the manager and staff I spoke with. Next time, we'll skip on the delivery.

Absolutely horrible. They didn't give me my custard, which is an extra five dollars. Absolutely horrific customer service and they don't deserve business for sub par custard.

I'm going to leave a 5 star because I've loved Freddy's since it opened when I lived in Kansas. I will say I'm disappointed at their up-charge for a larger fry, albeit only like 40 cents it was actually less then the order we had with a regular fry ( regular on the left, large on the right) either accurately give people what they paid for or just go back to a standard size. Could care less about the cost it's just the principle to me. Thanks for the good food. ?

This is me and my friends' favorite fast food place to go to, all for different reasons. One likes the patty melt, one likes the fries, one likes the burgers, one likes the custard, etc. Personally, I am very fond of their Shakes. Especially the pumpkin pie one they do in fall.Of course it's not as fancy as a more sit-down place, but I much prefer it over something like McDonald's if I want a quick, affordable burger.

I was in a restaurant and your so disgusting. Fountain soda wasn't look so nice molds are stuck in a ice dispensers.. Molds are everywhere in fountain soda.. Too many oiled finger print in a counters.. It smells so bad.. Im calling the attention of draper health department.. Do your job!

We love their freddy's triple with mayo and cheese only their French fries are wonderful. Their shoestring French fries and their custard is just as good as Marriott 'a Great America amusement park's frozen custard
It's been 10 days since contacting Freddy's and sharing what I wrote on this post. I have not heard a word from them. They treated me poorly and stole my money, and have no urgency in addressing the problem. Hard to believe this place has good reviews, they are rude thieves who do not care about customer service.

I very much like the food, but I struggle with the app! I often order for pickup, and have difficulty navigating the menu to find my " hearts desire"! I will continue to patronize, perhaps I will get better with time!

This is the cookie dough concrete for $6.29.They either skimped, or they chopped the two meager dough nuggets into 200 pieces. And it’s very small for that price.#Inflationisfun!But super nice staff..

This is the first time I have eaten at this Freddy's and the first time I have eaten at a Freddy's in Utah. Unfortunately, I would have to say this was the worse food I have ever received at Freddy's. $.45 extra for a large fry, and it was a half full container. Not to mention they were cold and tasted like they were 100 hours old. I would recommend you work on your quality control. Maybe having your managers learn from locations throughout Texas could help.

Have to post about this place. Only been here once before tonight so I needed a little menu walkthrough. The person taking my order in the drivethrough tonight was super patient and very nice. Then the person handing out drinks and food was also super nice. Then the burgers and fries were just so perfect I nearly got emotional over how great this place is! Staff and food both faboo!
