Been here twice in the past month and I have nothing but good things to say. Portion sizes are excellent, and you don't leave feeling like you ate out. They are balanced delicious meals that don't sit heavy in your stomach. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and high quality.
I had a fantastic experience at FreshFin! The dish I ordered was Cilantro Chicken. It was delicious, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and every bite was satisfying. On top of that, the restaurant was spotless, which added to the overall great vibe. Friendly staff and prompt service made it even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!"

Love Fresh Fin! This is not your typical poke bowl place - it’s much higher quality food. Super fresh, sushi grade ahi tuna with all the fixings and made to order with the exact ingredients that you prefer. The seared teriyaki salmon dish is really good. I Usually go to the downtown Salt Lake location, but they don’t have the salmon there because the place is too small. The Draper location is larger, and has the salmon. Both locations are kept really clean. My only complaint is that they keep the Draper location way too cool - thus the four stars for atmosphere. Be sure and bring a coat if you come in the winter or in cooler weather.
Love this place! Especially the chicken cilantro bowl. Definitely recommend to everyone. However I often order to go, and the times I order a Large I usually get a bowl that looks like a regular. Not sure if it’s worth paying more to get the same as a regular. It would be helpful if the difference in sizes was noticeable. Other than that the food is fresh and so delicious. And got to give credit to the employees for getting orders done quickly at all times.
We love fresh fin! We’ve tried just about everything on the menu. The food is always good and fresh, the workers are always friendly, the dining area and bathrooms are always clean. Highly recommend!
Vegetarian options: You can sub the meat with tofu in any dish
Wow. I’ve had poke before at other locations and I thought it was good or okay but not like this place. I’ll be back soon. Curry Coconut has a 1 star kinda spice to it so you can taste your food with some low heat. My wife got the jalapeños on the side with her spicy tuna and she was glad she did. We shared a few bites and both agree this place is legit.
