Ordered a chicken fajita burrito with no lettuce. Was given a burrito with JUST chicken and lettuce. No beans, rice, onions, etc. Always check before driving away because it looks like this is a regular accurance here.

Classic utahn mexican place. Burrito was better than i expected. If they didn't have potatoes it woulda been a 2. A tad overpriced imo but inflation hits. Photo of leftover burrito. Free sandwhich bags for leftovers.

Got the wrong order. Called to ask if we could exchange it for the correct one. Instead of taking accountability and or using customer service for loyal customers a lady AND the manager 2/1/2025 9:00 am decided to tell me what I ordered. I know what I ordered and I order from them all the time. Either way, even IF I was wrong, come on now. This was sooo ridiculous and I will not go back to this location. I wanted to see if all gual Bertos handled things this way so I called the Riverton location and they said “of coarse! Yes come and let’s make it right!”
These 2 girls need to go back to high school or at least learn customer service.
