Guals is Goated with the sauce. Highly recommend the famous Carne Asada fries, but anything on the menu is top notch bussin. Half the time I walk in I can literally see the air in the restaurant because of the smoke, but honestly I'm not complaining, it's kind of a mood.

I am absolutely furious about the appalling experience we had at Gual Betos. The incompetence and disrespect we faced were beyond belief. We ordered chicken rolled tacos, received beef tacos instead, and when we called to rectify the mistake, they denied any wrongdoing. Despite clarifying the issue, they insisted we had ordered beef and even had the audacity to ask if anything was wrong with it.Upon discovering they had chicken, we walked back with our Hispanic boss, thinking it would resolve the situation. To our shock, they had the nerve to accuse us of lying and claim we hadn't ordered chicken tacos. They then had the gall to charge us an additional $10 for their mistake. It was a blatant attempt to take advantage of the situation.The disrespect reached a new low when they remade the chicken rolled tacos and handed them to our Hispanic boss, as if we were invisible. The blatant racism and discrimination we faced were unacceptable. Just because we don't speak Spanish doesn't give them the right to treat us with such contempt.This experience was not just awful; it was a clear display of discrimination and poor customer service. I am deeply upset and will never set foot in Gual Betos ( Draper Location) again. No one should endure such mistreatment based on their ethnicity or language proficiency. This incident reflects poorly on their establishment, and I urge others to think twice before patronizing such a disrespectful and discriminatory place. Zero stars from me if I had the choice.

Ordered take out chicken rolled tacos, and they gave us beef, unfortunately did not not notice that it was the wrong order until I bit into it. Called the restaurant to get it fixed they said they were out of rolled chicken tacos and that’s why they gave me beef. However my co worker called back within a minute conversed with them in espanol and they surprisingly had the rolled chicken tacos available for her. I decided to go back to the restaurant to rectify the order to which they said I never ordered chicken tacos, but I ordered beef. Then they had the audacity to tell me that if I wanted chicken tacos I had to pay for it. Bad business practice!

The chicken nachos can feed two people!The flavors are so good, it’s like the chicken has been marinated for days. They tops it with cheese, guacamole, beans, lettuce, diced tomatoes, you have to eat the top layer then you’ll see your chips lol (no lie)

So sorry to say goodbye to this wonderful fast food place--I started eating at Robertos in So Ca in 1990 and was thrilled when they came to utah. But, to pay 26 dollars for a combo plate of 2 tacos a scoop of beans and rice AND a side Steak Quesadilla....I just can't justify it.
