Trendy little spot for the IG crowd located just off of 130-something in Draper. Well lit and Gen Z Decorated .. this breakfast/brunch restaurant is perfect for your influencer day out. The food is photo worthy. The menu is eclectic and different than most Utah fare. The service is above average as is the food. Made fresh and served hot .. it definitely has a unique taste that I can’t place. They serve alcohol .. if that’s a plus for you .. and have a DJ every now and again.
Definitely worth a try once or twice however it’s not somewhere I’d frequent.

I’ve ordered take out here multiple times The food quality is such that when you go to eat your pancakes you’d expect actual maple syrup instead of high fructose corn syrup. High fructose corn syrup in food products cheapens your entire experience and shows they’re willing to cut corners instead of doing their due diligence to offer a quality product. service has always been good .
I love the food there. I always bring friends and family with me because of the Unique environment. I was really sad when I brought an out of town guest and there was no DJ. It's a big part of what makes Hash kitchen do Unique and fun!!

Slow service finally had to ask the host for another soda and he brought the wrong soda. The bloody Mary was great til I found a black hair wrapped around the outer rim of the mason jar, i don't have black hair. My eggs 1st one was over hard the 2nd was over medium and my husband's eggs were cold. First and last time but it was fun to experience a new place

Gravy and biscuits were good. Needed just a bit more gravy. The biscuits were huge and soft inside with a great crust. Needed a bit more gravy due to their size. Not quiet at all. To be fair it was very busy. The server was on point and attentive. I was seated immediately on arrival. Would definitely come again.
