Been 4 years since my visit here and time to update my review. There was a line to order as they were busy. The wait was quite long for the food, good they they have some hot peppers to snack on while waiting. They do give you your drink cups when you order. The service is always exceptional at a In-N-Out, and the place is kept very clean and professional. The only downside is they do not offer fry sauce, but you can make you own if you get a packet of their special sauce and a few things of ketchup . What to expect from a In-N-Out.

I absolutely love this In N Out location. The Draper spot is honestly the best one to go to. The food is always fresh, the service is fast, and the team here is so friendly every single time. The restaurant and drive through both feel clean and organized, and everything always comes out exactly the way I order it.
I have tried the locations in American Fork and Orem, and they are always packed with super long lines. Draper is such a game changer because you still get the same amazing In N Out quality but without the crazy wait. Even when it is busy here, it moves quickly and feels way smoother than other locations. It is so nice to know I can stop by and actually enjoy my food without waiting forever.
Every time I come, my order is perfect, the fries are hot, the burgers taste amazing, and the shakes are always consistent. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do. It is my go to In N Out now and totally worth the drive. If you love In N Out but do not want the overwhelming crowds of other Utah locations, Draper is the one to go to.

I don't know why their burgers are so great but they are really tasty! And my gf family members can get them protein style. Innout offers excellent value for a really great burger. I love that you can see them throwing the whole potatoes in their chopper and then you are eating them as fries 5 minutes later!
Just like I remembered! I'm typically a slow eater but can scarf a double-double down in about 3 seconds flat when given the chance! Quick drive-thru, easy ordering and still affordable prices. Why can't we get this chain in the Ozarks???? Will somebody please send the chain owners a message and get them to spread east? We'd be forever grateful if we could get In-N-Out regularly and not just when visiting the western US.

In-N-Out is someplace I have to hit everytime I'm in the Salt Lake Valley. I get a double double animal and animal fries and chocolate shake. It's always the same, it's always great, and the employees are always up, happy, and quick to serve: it's exactly what I want in fast food: consistent, tasty, great price, and served with smiles all the way around!
