I’ve eaten at ivy in provo a million times absolutely delicious… but today in Draper horrible all around so I went in and there was an older gentleman behind the counter and I asked what’s a good protein shake and he just looked around. Didn’t seem to know Anything he looked around and then kind of said well I guess the green one yeah well that didn’t sound good so we didn’t get that. And then I went to order a shake and a girl walked in that works there and instantly they started talking and he explained to her how he has just been slammed busy being there all by himself and what Took her so long. And she’s like oh I saw a bunch of people leave. And I’m thinking hello. I am still standing here waiting to get my order taken so finally I ordered a smoothie and it is absolutely disgusting. It has zero flavor. Needless to say I will never go back to IV. Wish I could give zero stars.
Here’s the best part the owner reached out and didn’t apologize for the horrible service, only saying that others liked the smoothie I got, which means nothing since they didn’t get the exact one I got.. and that since I have been to the provo location a lot, they must be doing something right!!! Sadly enough they are doing to much wrong! I have a feeling the owner was the man giving me the horrible service

Walked in to the store front worker on the phone but she proceeded to finish her phone call before even acknowledging me. She apologized and said it was her boss. Doesn't matter, acknowledge people even if you have to hold up a finger. I proceeded to get the Beach Babe acai bowl and was adamant on requesting NO HONEY. As I sat on the couch waiting for my bowl to be made there were open LDS scriptures right next to me. I could hear the worker singing to her gospel music as she made my bowl. A place of business is not the appropriate setting to express yourself religiously. However, I looked passed it and thanked her for my bowl and proceeded to my drive to work. I get to my office and LO AND BEHOLD my bowl is smothered in HONEY!! So I can't eat this anymore. Guess she was too busy singing about Jesus to care about making my bowl correctly. What a waste of money. Never coming back.

I worked at Ivie Juice for over 4 months. It was honestly a nightmare place to work! You work alone constantly and the hard earned tips you make yourself, you never see! There was always drama among employees and managers. No opportunity to grow in your position or level up here. The pay was lousy. Spare yourself and work somewhere that you will be appreciated and not disregard!

While the overpriced juices here are good, the customer service is extremely disappointing. The young blond that works here is extremely rude & unfriendly every time I visit. Maybe treat loyal customers better? Hanging up on customers is very unprofessional too. I will not be returning.
I really wish this place was allergen friendly. I have a severe banana allergy (severe anaphylaxis) and have yet to find a single place I feel safe getting a acia bowl or even just a smoothie. I went in a few weeks ago and ended up having a reaction, even after being very clear with the employee about my allergy. I decided to try again today, I asked the employee if there’s cross contamination and she told me she didn’t want to promise anything (which I was very thankful for and I believe this employee truly deserves a raise hahaha) but I really just wish places like this were more mindful of all allergies and not just nut / gluten allergies. It’s just upsetting! For what I did drink of the madhouse smoothie the last time it was great. So things do taste great, but there is contamination.
