I worked at Ivie Juice for over 4 months. It was honestly a nightmare place to work! You work alone constantly and the hard earned tips you make yourself, you never see! There was always drama among employees and managers. No opportunity to grow in your position or level up here. The pay was lousy. Spare yourself and work somewhere that you will be appreciated and not disregard!

While the overpriced juices here are good, the customer service is extremely disappointing. The young blond that works here is extremely rude & unfriendly every time I visit. Maybe treat loyal customers better? Hanging up on customers is very unprofessional too. I will not be returning.

I really wish this place was allergen friendly. I have a severe banana allergy (severe anaphylaxis) and have yet to find a single place I feel safe getting a acia bowl or even just a smoothie. I went in a few weeks ago and ended up having a reaction, even after being very clear with the employee about my allergy. I decided to try again today, I asked the employee if there’s cross contamination and she told me she didn’t want to promise anything (which I was very thankful for and I believe this employee truly deserves a raise hahaha) but I really just wish places like this were more mindful of all allergies and not just nut / gluten allergies. It’s just upsetting! For what I did drink of the madhouse smoothie the last time it was great. So things do taste great, but there is contamination.

Ivie Juice Bar has the BEST and I mean BESTTTTT acai bowls. And let me just say, they are the best price too for how delicious these are compared to these other smoothie places. I've had Acai Bowls in other smoothie shops and nothing compares to Ivie. They make it perfect every time and accommodate to my substitutions. I usually order through doordash and the service is always just as good. TRULY obsessed with their bowls, forever a customer!!! SENDING SO MUCH LOVE.My go to is the Beach Babe! 100/10

So either the previous employees have been making my mermaid bowls incorrectly or the gentleman who made my order actually made it correctly for the first time??♀️?all the times I’ve ordered a mermaid bowl ONLINE I’ve always received a darker purple açaí color bowl. This is literally the first time I’ve received it and it’s a peachy color. Anyways, I called to make sure it was correct because I am allergic to certain things and the gentleman was very apologetic and said he’s the one who made it. I told him he didn’t have to apologize if that’s the correct ingredients. Overall, it was delicious and thank you Ivie for hiring a honest kind gentleman. Also, I wonder what was the other açaí bowl I’ve received in the past because that was delicious too. Lol

BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO EAT! I don’t remember the name of the bowl, but it was made with lime and it was so delicious. One of the best Açaí bowls I have had in Utah, if not the best. Also, the owner is a literal angel!!!
