So either the previous employees have been making my mermaid bowls incorrectly or the gentleman who made my order actually made it correctly for the first time??♀️?all the times I’ve ordered a mermaid bowl ONLINE I’ve always received a darker purple açaí color bowl. This is literally the first time I’ve received it and it’s a peachy color. Anyways, I called to make sure it was correct because I am allergic to certain things and the gentleman was very apologetic and said he’s the one who made it. I told him he didn’t have to apologize if that’s the correct ingredients. Overall, it was delicious and thank you Ivie for hiring a honest kind gentleman. Also, I wonder what was the other açaí bowl I’ve received in the past because that was delicious too. Lol

The girls have great customer service they both went above a beyond expectations.the taste of the juices were excellent, lots of variety, I highly recommend it.

love this place. the only place i'll go for smoothies! but unfortunately i always feel judged by the workers whenever i come to order. being the anxious person i am, it's not always super easy for me. i have had recent experiences of a worker giving my husband and i a really strange look while looking at the menu and quickly changing her scowl when we looked at her to order. i also had an experience with a worker changing her tone towards me when i walked in to order and her guy friend had to leave - not to mention this specific worker leaned to stare at the ipad to see if i tipped or not. i also just called to place a pick up order (no problems before), and they worker picked up the phone and hung up. i called again and the worker answered stating that they were closing. it was before 6pm. i'm not sure if the hours changed or if they close early, but i guess ordering before 6pm is a no - even when it says they close at 7 online. anyways!! i'm really tired of looking past these worker attitudes but delicious smoothies every time!!

BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO EAT! I don’t remember the name of the bowl, but it was made with lime and it was so delicious. One of the best Açaí bowls I have had in Utah, if not the best. Also, the owner is a literal angel!!!
Wow, why has it taken me 3 years to stumble across this place!!!! Visited with my bestie who's soon moving out of state and I tried the Vita-Crush and wow, delish! Full of yummy carrot goodness that had me excited to return!! My friend tried the Brazil açaí bowl and devoured the whole thing. Interior of the shop was crystal clean, windows/floors and all gleaming, and nicely set up for a chat with a friend. So so worth the visit. Thanks to the owners of Ivie and the sweet hostess Eva for such a wonderful experience.

The disappointing search for good Acai bowls continues in Utah. Really average acai base. I appreciate the fresh fruit and a gluten free granola, but for $10+ for the smallest bowl, this is a very disappointing acai experience.

It's a good acai bowl so no complaints there but for what they charge, they should be able to afford a decent spoon. It's like they haven't eaten their own food with the spoons they give to go. Their flimsy and don't have the strength to really mix. Let alone get to the bottom of the bowl without getting stuff on your hands. Easy fix. Hope they do it.

Did a juice cleanse from this store and frequently go in for smoothies. Super friendly staff and they are very knowledgeable about the juices that were right for my goals and preferred tastes. The smoothies are some of the best flavors I’ve found and have an amazing consistency not too icy and not all liquid. The owners are frequently in store and super responsive and make sure everything they put out is high quality. Can’t recommend this place enough!!
