Nobody even acknowledged we were there or attempted to ask our order, even though we were the only ones in the store. We found the self-serve kiosk, which was simple, but then waited 20 minutes for half of the order. When it finally came, the pretzel was burnt. The service was incredibly slow and I had to ask repeatedly to even know what was happening. Just awful service

I ordered a smoothie and mini hotdog pretzels. It took quite a while, but the young man who helped me (curly blonde streaked hair with glasses) was really kind and helpful. He was very apologetic about the wait which went a long way!

Usually, I love this place, but the past few times everything‘s been burnt And my drinks aren’t fully filled. There’s about an inch to a quarter inch missing every time.

We ordered a smoothie, cinnamon pretzel bites and the mini corn dog pretzels. We waited for 40 minutes for the corn dog ones only for them to burn them and then pretend they called for them earlier and told us that “someone else must have taken them.” When we were sitting right next to where they were putting all the orders of food, we saw everything and heard everything and our name was never called. They thankfully gave us a full refund but seriously what a waste of time and horrible to lie to us.

I had a horrible experience here. The staff were really rude and even my bowl was awful, was like a soup, the texture was gross. I don’t recommend Jamba Draper.

This review is not a reflection of staff, atmosphere, or food quality. But the procedure to order and check out.
I get it’s super convenient to work a kiosk yourself. You know, to order your own food and process your own payment. However, if you want to pay with cash, there is no way to do that at the kiosk. I looked around to see if they just did not accept cash but noticed a sign at the register that said no bills over $20. So after looking again to see if there was a way to confirm your order in the queue and then just pay with cash on pick up discovered there was no way to do that. Wile waiting to order 3 other folks came in and ordered from the kiosk, putting them ahead in line to get their orders made. Still no one was available to work the register and take my order so I left.
I would suggest either having a sign that just says no cash, or having a way to select cash at the kiosk to put your order in que and then pay on pick it up.
