Delivery was hot and driver was polite. I am removing 2 stars for QC. I blindly ate 2 slices of pickle before noticing it was kinda gross looking. And they didn't add my cucumber and yellow mustard to my club. No big whoop. But it turned it into an average lunch instead of hitting the spot.

I HAD A POOR EXPERIENCE! I ask a lady to help cut my wrap and she just handed me a knive and said do it yourself. We don't take food back! It was also not inviting everyone looked miserable! I hope you guys have better experiences.

They were fast for sure. However they forgot 2/3 items that I ordered (both being free). So they might be going too fast and not checking everything before they send it out.
Great service ⭐ They are friendly and nice staff! The place is clean and organized, and the sandwiches (*chef kiss🤌🏼) were really well made and delicious.

I recently used Jimmy John's in Draper for a catering order. IAN took my call and was EXTREMELY helpful and patient. I didn't know exactly what to choose or what to expect, I'd never catered before to such a large group.
Not only was Ian polite and friendly on the phone, he was personable and gracious when I arrived in the store to complete the order in person (yes, I'm that girl...sometimes I need a little help)
I told Ian this was my first time catering for a large group and I really needed things to go well. He listened carefully, suggested I add two veggie options (which was AWESOME because one of the executives was a vegetarian and would typically bring his own food for any lunch and learns - not today sir, not today Ian helped me save the day...SCORE!!)
After already going above and beyond, Ian put a handwritten note in my lunch bag - You got this :). Seriously? How incredibly kind. All I could think about was WOW and how is this guy not famous for being this great!! So, here's the first step.... Five Stars on Google.
I came back a couple days later to pick up the order, it was ready to go and packed for transport. If there's an easy button for group lunches, this is it. Highly recommend.
Jimmy John's - if you're reading this - and I'm sure you are, Ian truly deserves recognition for going out of his way to not only complete the order but to be a ray of sunshine in someone's day. He deserves a note in HIS lunch....and more.

Haven’t even gotten our food yet… I get that their slogan is no longer freaky fast, but it was freaky slow today. Don’t go expecting fast service. And since their sandwiches are not that great, not sure why you would go at all.
