Not a fan of this location. Came in and sat by the pre-order pickup shelf for 20 minutes before we stood by the counter and were finally asked if we were waiting for an order. Normally that wouldn’t be a problem, but every single customer that came in after us received their order and left before we did, both online and at the counter. Doesn’t seem like the “pre-order” quickens up the process of getting something to eat. Food is decent, but the handling of the incoming orders isn’t really handled with any kind of organization.

This is probably one of my all time favorite places. I think I’ve spent more money here then anywhere. Every time I’m on break I go here. The workers are seriously the best. The Draper Jimmy Johns just has this charm that the other JJ’s don’t. It’s always top tier service and I have became great friends with so many of the workers here. I love this place so so so much!!Dietary restrictions: I was vegetarian for a while and this is one of the places that has always been easy to eat at!

7/10/23 1:00pmI had the worst Jimmy John’s experience. I asked for #4 with all of the freebies on it, extra veggies, no onions and the spicy mustard and vinegar. I got hardly any peppers or tomatoes, no mustard, no oil or vinegar and my bread was burnt. I was in a hurry to get to work but I ran back in to get a little container of the oil/vinegar and some mustard. The employee getting the container took probably two minutes to get it and made sure he organized all of the containers and put them away before he handed the container it to me. While I was waiting, the employee at the counter who had taken my complaint, said let me get a manager. I was still waiting for the oil and the manager came out and she told him my complaint and he looked at me and said I’m sorry. He could have offered to replace the sandwich or give me a free one for later. Having him tell me he’s sorry, did not make it right. It was not freaky fast and the bread was burnt and needed to be thrown away, not served. Not happy!

I have had good experiences in the past with this jimmy John’s but this time was off putting. This wasn’t a busy day I ordered a number 4 and I ordered that because it comes with no cheese because I react to cheese poorly. I didn’t check my sandwich before eating because the past few times have been fine. But I knew something was off half way through I check it out to see that I have huge slices of cheese on my sandwich. I also looked at the wrapper and there was green Goop all over. This is subway behavior not jimmy Johns’s… I expect better ☹️

they don’t follow instructions. I asked for kids combo and they literally gave me bread with ham. I clearly asked for kids combo just like in the picture but they gave me that instead . I complained and they rudely gave me ham wrapped. Horrible

They actually were closing, they just hadn't locked the door, but she was kind enough to build me a sandwich!
2 stars for good food always but seriously can never deliver my food to the right house and it's hit or miss if it takes 2 hours or 10 minutes to get the food. Also the app will say delivered when it's not, forcing me to call their store and ask where they left my food and it hasn't even been delivered yet in the first place....
