I received the wrong order, but since my break was almost over, I decided to eat it anyway and didn’t have time to go back. Later, the manager personally called to apologize and even offered to drive to my workplace to bring me the correct order. I declined, so he gave me a full refund and offered a free order for next time. I’ve never had a manager handle a situation so professionally. Amazing customer service—definitely recommend this Jimmy John’s location!

Food was great! But the employee SITTING in the drive thru window the entire time I ordered and waited for my food at the counter was a complete mess! Time to lean, time to clean. She was giving RBF to her coworkers and customers. The boys that took my order and made my Sammy were great!

Forgot the peppers. I ordered online. Well enough time for it to be done but it wasn't. Kid saw me standing there and asked 'are you picking up....no shit... they made the cashiers order before mine and he left asking them when they worked next. Teenager making my food was jumping around like dance moves and making jokes. Very unprofessional. No attention to detail, not able to read the order. What a joke this place is. I won't go back.. I am sick and tired of people not doing their jobs! Everyone at this location needs to grow up! I was in the gas station last week and they were blasting music. Who runs this store? Who are the managers? Get the orders correct and be professional! STUPID REPLY. They FORGOT THE PEPPERS. Get the order correct. DO YOUR JOB!

I'm a huge lover of jimmy john's, but this one sucks! Extremely disappointed for jj's. At this day and age, it feels that none of them are freaky fast Anymore. But this one was extra disappointing, as the sandwich was terrible .It was lacking everything but bread.

The service was great but when I got home to eat the sandwich there was almost no lettuce and barely any tomato, I needed up having to add my own just to make it what I wanted instead of just meat cheese and bread

The food itself I love but I give it 3 stars because they just don’t have chipotle sauce and got rid of my favorite topping RED PEPPER FLAKES!! The day they bring back the flakes and add chipotle I will give them 5 stars on food!
