I don’t know if there is a shortage of banana peppers at this jimmy johns, but everytime I order a sandwhich here I get about 3-5 little peppers in total. It’s happened to me 3 times now and it’s ridiculous. Even after bringing it up to workers there multiple times and them announcing extra banana peppers to me when they brought out my sandwhich. Is there some sort of reason I can’t get enough peppers on my damn sandwhich. Get your shit together.

Had issues with putting in an online delivery order today. I talked to Ben who helped me by giving me suggestions. Then he took my order over the phone and really went above and beyond due to the inconvenience! Internet and app issues are a pain in the butt--but Ben really made it not a big deal for me at all. He made things right!

I love that this is close to my work and that it has the drive thru....problem is most people use the drive thru so I usually have to run inside to get faster service (I'm talking a 10 car wait outside). So other than busy busy (they usually have a ton of online orders too)

Love their service, love their food just don’t download their app because you can order about $250 worth of food and get a free cookie so the app and rewards program is not worth it is what I’m saying, so don’t waste your time with the app. Still order from them because of their fast service and great food.
