I came in today and ordered two famous bowls I ate one at the establishment and ordered the other one to go. both were cold upon receiving. the workers were more interested in talking and laughing than working at all. I stood waiting to order for 10 minutes before any of the laughing employees cared to take my order. from where you order you can see them preparing the food,, the use the lids to their to go bowl containers as scoopers for their corn,, gravy,, mac and cheese,, and mashed potatoes which is disgusting by the way. they should have proper scoopers. and the lady who was making the bowls didn’t even have gloves on when she made my bowl contaminating the lid they used as scoopers and throwing it back in the food. the chicken nuggets they put on top were old as they keep them in a box under a heater and they aren’t fresh. this place is an embarrassment

Recently my family ordered 3 boxes, all 3 piece with a variety of sides. One side was fries, which were terrible. Only fry bits that were burned and dry. One box was acceptable, but one included very dry, over fried and old pieces. They also did not give us condiments we asked for. But the worst indication of no attention to quality was the interaction with the on duty manager on the phone. She was immediately defensive and answered back with empty excuses. Coming to the phone I could here her talking in an annoyed tone that someone wanted to talk to the manager. When I told her I would likely not give that location my business, she hung up on me. Mr General manager, you need to take a close look at this manager. I would be suspicious if she was forthcoming with you about store operations. This is evident by the terrible reviews this store has (2.4). To all reading, find another location, not owned by the same company. Attitude reflects leadership.

As we pulled up we seen a tall thin worker climbing out of the drive-thru window to go to 7-11. When they brought our food to our car, they forgot the Coleslaw. It took another 3-4 minutes to bring it out.

It took awhile for the food to come out. When it finally did, the chicken was overcooked. The hamburger was cold meat and soggy lettuce. The biscuit was hard. And the fries were hard, greasy and cold. The worst meal I've had here. The only good thing was the cold slaw.

I should have read the reviews before I stopped, They didn't have some of the chicken I ordered and it was lunch time, what I did get was old and dry. The restroom was a disaster, I don't think it's been cleaned since built. The front doors were so dirty that should have been my first clue. I will not stop here again.

This couldn't possibly have been a more disappointing experience!When you crave KFC, nothing else will do. So even though I have had plenty of unsatisfactory experiences with the service at this very restaurant, I decided to give them another chance. I didn't get the last laugh! I showed up at 5:30pm on a Sunday and they were out of almost everything. Even the biscuits would have been a 12 minute wait. Because nothing else would do, I had the scrape together an 8 piece meal with whatever they had. I also ordered a cheese dog for a grandson. The hot dog was "refrigerator cold and the cheese was unmelted shredded cheese!How is this place still in business? Don't the owners get concerned when the Yelp review is 1.5 stars?Never again for me! I will drive an extra 10 miles to avoid this place!

I'll leave a one star just because I can't give a zero star rating. Let it be known I seldom rate businesses with less then three stars . On August 09 , 2023 we went to this KFC in Draper for my birthday dinner . I ordered a four piece all dark meat combo meal with no wings for my wife and I from a white 20 YO male with long brown hair working the drive up. I confirmed a second time they had the chicken for this order . We also ordered a separate mash potato and gravy . We should have checked this order more carefully because I've had two other bad experiences here . We got home and we're dead tired from a very long day at work. Turns out we never got our potatoes and gravy , both boxes were full of all white meat chicken that was old and very dry . Both boxes had wings in them . We were too tired to go back a speak with a supervisor in regards to this . We just threw the chicken out as it was terrible . Please check your orders from this location carefully before pulling away from this KFC . Ken

This is my fourth time to this KFC all four times have produced dried out chicken unacceptable. No eating utensils no napkins no butter honey for the biscuits. The employees are in too much of a hurry and care little about customer service disappointing but it seems to be a pattern when it's joined with a and W. I would not recommend this KFC to anyone if they are looking for the original chicken dinner provided by KFC. Got to drive through at 5:27 pm. There was one car behind me and one car in front of me. Ordered three burgers and fries. Didn’t get food until 5:53 pm. Nothing else to say they weren’t slammed with people. Burgers are cold.
