Went through the drive through yesterday to pick up raspberry tarts for a holiday , get together scheduled for today. When we got home ,opened the box , and this is what we got. Raspberry tarts stuck to the lid on the inside of the box and raspberry stuff on the outside top of the box. I'm not sure who thought this was acceptable to give to a customer. What a disappointment. We expected more. Dosent look like we will ever order or eat from here again.

I have a different kneaders location closer to my home but I always drive to this location specially because of the way the overnight oats are made!!! Other locations make it way too sweet and too watery. This location makes them PERFECT!!!! I have it at least three times a week. So worth the drive

I went through the drive-thru and when I finally got home to eat I went to take my first bite of my salad this is what I almost bit into, that is MOLDY cucumber. At first, I thought it might’ve just been my ranch so I tried to clear it off and it was definitely moldy and fuzzy. Also, not pictured - I got a side soup so I figured I’d at least eat that, after 2 bites I found a hair in my soup. Safe to say I won’t be going back to this location.

Stopped at 10:30a and ordered french toast and greek omelet. Omelet was hot when served. French toast was cool, syrup cold, plate cold. Took a couple of bites then returned plate and ask for it to be warmed. They gave me a new plate which was also cold, syrup cold, toast cool to touch. I asked for a refund.

Went to the pumpkin tasting class—lots of delicious foods to sample and got to take a loaf of pumpkin bread home too. The employee (Krista) running the class was friendly and made the class a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend!

I order a pickup order. A turkey sandwich, chicken noodle soup and a smoothie. I received a sandwich with 0 turkey and soup that was only broth. Not one noodle or piece of chicken. Someone there does not like their job.

Disappointing customer service! My dad bought lunch and 4 pastries for everyone. After sitting down, he noticed there was a sale for buy 5 pastries get 1 free. He went back to the counter and asked if he could buy one more pastry to qualify for the free one. The girl at the counter was so rude and refused to do that. She was inflexible stating he had to purchase 5 pastries with one order. (Even though he had just paid for 4 lunches AND 4 pastries). It just seemed unreasonable and the worker was snippy about it.
