I had a great experience here! The cinnamon French is AMAZING, it was like $7 which is less than I expected for it tasting so good, and the staff were so friendly and just excellent! Brianne specifically did such a great job taking care of me as a customer. I highly recommend coming here for breakfast! The location felt very clean and welcoming.

I had ordered a $400 catering order for a missionary farewell. I was told that their French toast served two slices per person. When I picked up the catering order, they were so short-staffed that the Entire building was closed except for the drive-through. I had to pick up four tins of French toast through the drive-through window. They shorted me entire tin of 30 pieces of French toast. They told me that their catering has changed to one and a half pieces of French toast instead of two like all of their other meals. I called three other locations in Utah and they all said their catering had two pieces of French toast per person. The individual working the drive-through was trying her hardest to solve the problem, but nobody knew what was going on. The general manager was unreachable and so were any other higher ups.

Stopped through the drive through after work and didn’t look in the bag until I got home… this is supposed to be a turkey sandwich. It took them a long time to get it out to me too, i don’t know why it took so long for them to scrap this together. I would’ve rather them told me they were out of turkey so I could order something else instead of getting the last of it. I paid $18 for this!? Absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered my lunch from here today- their new limited edition “Crack Chicken Sandwich.” My sandwich tasted off, so I finally opened it up and found that there was spoiled chicken inside. It was grey, slimy… really not looking forward to the food poisoning I’m about to get because I definitely ate some before I realized.
