Super annoying when the only thing I get is chicken noodle soup, and every damn time I get it, it’s literally ALL broth!!! No noodles, no chicken. These prices are insane for them to be calling this a bowl of soup - the worst part is, even when you tell them and ask them to make sure there is soup, they still give you a bowl of broth!!! This place sucks.

I was there 2 days before christmas. Most of the restaurant was taken up with workers putting gift baskets together. The trashes were overflowing. Our food was just mediocre. **UPDATE*** Kneaders reached out and offered me a complimentary lunch for me and my husband so that we have a good experience at this Kneaders. I appreciate their willingness to make things right, and have changed my rating to reflect this effort.

Had an excellent French dip at the Kneaders in Draper, probably one of the best values for a sit-down lunch I've had in a while. Bread was delicious (as expected) and the roast beef was very nice. The kind of sandwich you'd have for lunch then again at dinner if the opportunity presented itself.

I called in at 10:55 to place a pick up for breakfast since I had been at the doctors all day. As I was speaking to the person placing the order I asked her to place a French toast order and she replied “we don’t serve breakfast. That ended at 11” I look at the clock and as she said that, The clock had just turned to 11am. I was on hold for the 5 minutes before 11. She didn’t apologize or had empathy. I explained how I had called in earlier and that they could still place the order. All she said was “have a good day” and hung up. I decided to call another location (southjordan) and by that time it was 11:02 and she was super kind and willing to place a breakfast order even though it was 2 minutes after 11.
My wife and I were really disappointed in the customer service that the lady gave us on the phone at the Draper location. We will make sure to not order from them in the future.

Guys I legit lost my wallet with over 800 dollars in cash I called their store they found it and kept it fir me to pick up the next day long story short I'll be eating here more often plenty of space gets a tad bit loud but just cause it's a popular place!
