Purchased three tacos myself and my brother purchased two tacos. This is weird non-Mexican food. They were all just not good - Al Pastor was too sugary… the carnitas was gross as was the bbq.... just seemed like the meat was very much preserved / out of can just unfortunately just not tasty. In addition they are pricey at over $5 per taco. Just thought I’d try the new place in town and was disappointed and hopefully they can make some menu changes or something because the people and service was great and the atmosphere was pretty chill too but the food was just not good - the best part of the experience was the chips and guac but no business can survive on chips and guac. I think they need a professional chef to come rework the menu.

We were so excited right try this restaurant! It came highly recommended by my son’s boxing team. Right when you walk in, the aesthetics are so nice! As someone who loves tagging and artwork, I was impressed. Their modern design blending in Latinx different aspects of culture was appreciated.The food options are wonderful. There are a lot of choices for tacos in different categories. I chose three tacos from three different categories - the OG asada, kompas king, and mahi-mahi. I also tried theirs chips and guacamole, the esquites, and the pina kolada. Everything was delicious and I can’t wait to come back.If you love quesadillas, ask for Sebastian’s favorite!Staff gave the best recommendations and were so kind! Check this place out soon!

Our first time in and the service was incredible!! The staff was great! The guy that took our order had the best attitude and was spot on with his recommendations!! The ingredients were fresh, the corn tortillas were incredible and The OG, karnitas, asada chicken, shrimp and al pastor tacos were delicious!! The atmosphere was so laid back and the vibe was great! We’ll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!!!

Vegetarian options: I have had both vegetarian options and loved both. Flavorful full magnificent corn tortillas.

I had the Al Pastor tacos and the flavor was soooo good. The tacos had the perfect kick and everything tasted fresh. Kompas will definitely be on my list whenever I visit Utah.
