Our dinner was great, and our server was nice. The restaurant was great. We came at a pretty busy time so our waiter wasn't able to keep our drinks topped. He was friendly though.

It's loud but not obnoxious. Mauricio is my favorite service specialist. The food is good and fits right in the middle of the price point, making La Hacienda a good value.
I love the salsa so much the nachos I recommend because there are really good. Just that sometimes they’re hard to finish.

First time eating at this location. Service and atmosphere was on point. Loud enough around my business meeting to have a good conversation over the table without the fear of being too loud. I will say the food came to our table super fast, maybe too fast, after ordering. My rice and beans were not warm and my food was just warm; not hot like I would expect it as if it were coming off the oven/grill. Waiter was quick but never came back to refill our drinks. It was crazy busy. I get it. Chips and salsa were amazingly good.( I would come back just for the chips and salsa.) The booths were comfortable. I would come back here.

Went there for a work luncheon. Service was good, but I've had better chili relleno.
While enjoying chips and conversation, our drinks arrived. The waiter fumbled a full glass of Horchata and dumped it down my wife’s back and my side. This put us on stage with the entire restaurant while the waiter scrambled and apologized in embarrassment. We were gracious and understand that accidents happen. My wife’s sweater was sticky and soaked throughout the meal and she was freezing cold. When we received the bill all we could do is chuckle when we found that not only were there no discounts applied for the mishap, but we were charged for the Horchatas. A stark reminder of how important the customer is at La Hacienda. Oh, and now we get to pay for the dry-cleaning of my wife’s sweater!
