They literally scanned in the order to say it was scanned in but it’s not even done. I get it I guess for the system and whatnot but why not just….try to actually keep up?

Normally this location has been good for me with pick up and delivery. I got a pizza and Italian cheesy bread tonight. There was little to no sauce and like 6-7 pepperoni’s on it. It was obviously it had been sitting there awhile. I will never go to this location again.

I've been going to this location for over 10 years now and it use to be a good place BUT in the recent year or longer this location has gone WAY down hill. They upped the price on everything but only seem to offer the lowest effort in quality! Every time I order online I seem to get old cold pizza.... they have a pizza portal that does a good job keeping your food warm while waiting for the customer to pick it up but for some reason they NEVER use it and stick my food on a rack that appears to have a heater above it but doesn't seem to keep anything warm except the restaurant and when you express your concern they will argue with you about how that rack keeps it warm but yet my food always seems to be room temperature when left out on the rack. Ordering in person is just as bad... you'll order something simple like a pepperoni pizza and they will make you wait for 10 to 20 min for your order then in that wait time you'll watch 10 different people walk in and order the same thing as you just ordered and they will get it right away! This store does not know what they are doing and they should change it from HOT AND READY to cold and somewhat edible
Lack of customer service and the disrespect by the employees who where just sitting in the back not answering the phone and doing nothing but playing on their phone's and management don't care

Went in and waited for exactly 9 minutes. 2 others also entered during that time and not a word was said to us. I just wanted a classic pepperoni which there was 4 in the warmer the entire time. All the worker did was make breadsticks and stick 6 packages of those in the warmer then start cutting a single other pizza so I just left. Do your self a favor and go to any other little Ceasars in the area.

Disappointed as a secret shopper I was told many excuses why there's no pizza ready at 1130. I returned an hour later and was told the same excuses as several customers walked out with me. We shouldn't be talked down to from a place that promotes hot and ready.
