Sadly disappointed, I should have read the reviews of how it used to be good. The rice was the best part of the meal. The chicken wasn't good. I should have ordered something else because it was expensive for not tasting good. I can't imagine returning to try something else because the experience was a huge let down.

Catered lunch for our office. Delicious food and great service for delivery and setup.

Worker was rude and food was bland minus the fire cracker or whatever flavor it’s exactly called but not good enough to be good anywhere else just their most flavorful. The white rice had as much flavor as the mac salad. The garlic chicken was just fried chicken with a little I guess ‘garlic’ tery type sauce. Supremely disappointed since I was looking to a good alternative to Mo Bettahs. I’d go to Mo Bettahs just for the great service over this place even if their food was good. If you love bland food and rude workers at your food service place you’re gonna love this place.

This restaurant is run by the warmest man, Stevie. The food is the best Hawaiian I’ve had. The meats are all so tender and seasoned to perfection. The sides are delicious, too! The portions are huge, and the prices are great! A fun island vibe with the music and decor makes this a good spot to grab yummy grub!

Choked on a piece of island fire chicken and my friend had to save my life with the Heimlich maneuver in the middle of the restaurant. Food was solid tho I recommend👍🏽

Being from Hawaii, this is definitely nowhere authentic or same level. The kalua pork - they use pork loin instead of pork shoulder. They don’t put cabbage. It’s dry. They will sometimes give your entire portion of nothing but a chunk of fat. I know it gives it flavor while cooking, but remove it afterwards. No one wants to eat that. 🤮🤢
The katsu sauce doesn’t taste the way katsu sauce should. Me and my husband would come frequent when it first opened, but it has significantly gone downhill to the point where it’s never even an option when discussing where to eat anymore.

We must've come on a bad day because the food was really not good. We ordered the teri chicken and spicy chicken and it must've been some of the leftover chicken pieces. We ended up just eating the rice and Mac and throwing the rest away. The service was also very sub par. I don't think the initial person taking our order ever said a word.

Always love supporting LoLo’s Hawaiian BBQ because it reminds me of poem and has the taste/flavor of their food items that is on point to what I would get back on the Hawaiian islands. The service is always friendly and efficient with fair pricing for the quality. Guava cake is always a sweet treat on top of the delicious food.

I’m grew up in Hawaii and I love spam musubi. It’s probably one of the easiest things to make and I know this because I would make them and sell them at school like lots of kids would. Whoever made the musubi’s here either hates their job or they are lazy and don’t respect their customers. The rice was dry and hard, and the seaweed was a mess.

Pulling up to the window I was greeted with a tablet shoved in my face. The long haired kid in no hair net was so put off about having to take cash it was ridiculous. Tip options shoved in your face before service is even given. After 16 minutes my food was shoved out the window by same tip demander, giving no thank yous or anything. Silence and SLAM!

I ordered the chicken katsu - I was the only one there and it took 10 minutes. When i got it, it was the most mid chicken I’ve ever had in my life. The sauce was too watery.
Don’t really recommend even if you are as starving as I was.
