I have come to this McDonald’s several times and all times I’d ask for ketchup. If I got this one lady who works in the morning I’d get one packet to share between 6 people I work with. After realizing this id turn back around to ask for more and all three times I’ve had to do this she would give me one more packet all three times. This is so frustrating and ridiculous they get to be the second review I’ve ever done on here.

Why aren't employees working. We come to the this Draper, Utah location frequently, and never have we had the experience we had today at 8:30pm on March 8, 2025. The auto attendant spoke as soon as we arrived, asking if I am using the app. Six full minutes went by of me trying to get their attention before a girl asked for my order. I could hear loud banter and laughing in the background that was just a loud as the girl who was taking my order. I then pulled around to the first window and again sat there for a minute and a half, watching about a half dozen employees standing around laughing and bantering. They wouldn't even look at me. I finally gave up and pulled to the second window, and AGAIN, two men who were within my view were doing the same thing. They wouldn't look at me and were laughing and bantering. I just left after waiting for a couple of minutes. They're obviously not doing their job, so I went to Wendy's instead.
Do store owners and managers even care about the crappy and even nonexistent customer service from their employees? Since this store has as many one star reviews as they have five star reviews, they give the impression that they don't want to improve.

On February 26 I got 2 hotnspicys and a medium fry. Never have I ever gotten such horrible food poisoning in my life. I’ve missed two days of work luckily it wasn’t more because it’s now the weekend and I’m starting to finally bounce back.
This place needs a thorough health inspection.

Putting two stars for service because at least it made me laugh, but the girl who took our order just said, "Go Ahead." That's all. Lol. The guy who gave us our drinks was talking to someone else, handed our drinks and said, "have a nice day." And we were like, "we ordered food." He laughed and we laughed as he pointed where to wait.

Drive through is a joke. I ordered as plainly and simply as I could and of course they get my order wrong. This is a 6 am no line in the drive through and no customers inside so there should be no reason why they get my order wrong. On top of that the girl running the drive through window can’t even open it more than a pinch to give you your food or even say hi. What’s worse is she has no customer service skills and I think she’s a manager.
