Worst overnight service I’ve ever received. The guy at the desk didn’t even listen to me, and they apparently ACCIDENTALLY left their lobby open.Ironic they’re the only few McDonald’s open 24 hours.

The last 3 times in a row my fiancé and I have come to this location our order has been wrong. We tend to order through the app and pick up. We’ve gone inside to have them correct our order(which defeats the purpose of curbside) and they have no sense of urgency to fix their mistakes. I work in the food industry and I am appalled by how they take no responsibility for their own errors and how rude they are to guests who just want to receive what they paid for
*Edit*
Tonight they screwed up our curbside order and upon us going inside we stood there for a while with zero acknowledgement from ANYONE. The manager even looked at us repeatedly and when we waved at her to get her attention she just turned her back to us and ignored us. We were not the only people standing there waiting for assistance but all of us were ignored.

Skip this location. 3 employees on their phone, 4 employees made direct eye contact with me at the register, card in hand, no one would take my order.

Unbelievably disrespectful. This lady was so rude to us at the drive through, grabbed her phone and didn’t let us pay, and when she finally took our card (which we forgot to unlock) she comes back and waves a 20 in our face saying “why’s your card declined?” After we drove a bit farther up, she peers her head out the window and begins to chat with someone, saying very mean things about us. I’ve never had this kind of unwarranted reaction from this McDonald’s, but she should absolutely should be ashamed of herself.

Yall hired some new kid that has been working the drive thru around 4:50 p.m. and doesn't put and sauce in the bag at all, last time he forgot my sauce and a burger. Just fire him, he obviously doesn't give a shit.

Appalling Conduct by male Night Manager — Elderly Customer Left in Tears

Review:
On October 31st around 11:30 PM, my elderly mother went through the Draper McDonald’s drive-thru to pick up my mobile order and place her own. What should have been a simple visit turned into an unacceptable and deeply distressing experience due to the behavior of the night manager on duty.

The manager refused to take her additional order, falsely claiming she could only pick up the mobile one. This is not McDonald’s policy — and I know that firsthand, having worked for McDonald’s in multiple locations. Customers are always permitted to place an additional order. The issue was not confusion — it was poor judgment, lack of empathy, and a total disregard for customer service standards.

My mother left crying and humiliated, which is absolutely inexcusable. The fact that a paying, elderly customer could be treated this way is beyond unprofessional — it is morally unacceptable. This type of conduct reflects severe management failure and a complete lack of training and accountability.

McDonald’s corporate must review the drive-thru footage from October 31st and take immediate disciplinary action against the manager responsible. No elderly woman should ever be reduced to tears by the staff of a company built on the promise of service and respect. This incident deserves the highest level of corporate attention.

Very disappointing experience.
This McDonald’s in Draper (right next to Chick-fil-A) purposely avoids giving receipts or even asking if customers want one. It honestly feels like they do this so people can’t leave honest reviews or report poor service — and that’s just wrong. The way some employees act here shows they know corporate isn’t paying attention. It’s disgusting behavior and completely unprofessional. McDonald’s corporate would be furious if they knew how badly this location represents the brand.

They got my order wrong three times on the same visit. Finally I just accepted the wrong bag, and ate part of the quarter pounder and fries and they were awful. I threw away the rest of the meal because it was gross. The poor kid at the take out window was either totally out of it, or he just didn’t care. Terrible customer service.
