I’m writing this review from the drive thru window. I’ve been here for 15 minutes. No explanation, no pull-forward, no food. Just seeing if I can finish this review before someone talks to me.

Got my order wrong 3 time in the same visit…. Wasn’t difficult…..sausage, egg, and cheese Mcgriddle…. Struggling very hard on communication at this location.

They consistently get my to go order wrong. I usually order a third patty on my McDouble and in the last 3 visits it hasn't been included. Literally on ever customized order in the past year, something has been wrong.
They even included a tomato on my last burger, which I've never ordered. It's almost comical how badly they get my order wrong at this point. And I even order THROUGH THE APP, SO IT'S IN WRITING.
I'm just going to start going to the one on 123rd. It's a few extra minutes from my house, but it's worth it to not get ripped off anymore.

There has been multiple times in the early morning that I have ordered online through the app and arrived at the store to be today (by an employee there) that they are closed. If you are going to be closed, update the times online and on the app. The times of the “closing” are not consistent either day to day, which is frustrating

My girls love this McDonalds! It’s always very clean and the staff is super friendly. This evening we came in to eat and Melissa went out of her way to make sure my daughter’s meal was exactly how she liked it. She was absolutely fantastic and made her evening! Thank you Melissa and McDonald’s!

Lady in the window was way rude and didn’t help the situation
I placed a delivery order through the ap and it arrived incorrect. I called to notify them and was hung up on. I called back and that person got the manager who barely understood English. He too hung up on me. I didn't lose my temper or yell, I just wanted it corrected because I wasn't home and my son was waiting for food. I decided to go through the ap and request help. They only issued a partial refund and not the delivery fee. Terribly disappointed with this experience.

Pro: This Mcdonald’s has the nicest seating I’ve seen so far at a Mcdonald’s. Service is timely and friendly.
Con: Their iced coffee sugar level is not consistent.

This store has just got worse and worse over the last couple of years. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They frequently get my mobile order wrong and have an attitude when I ask them to give me what I actually ordered. Bad management and staff. Drive past this store and try the other Draper location or Riverton instead. Much better experience at those locations.
