The positives: The employees are very kind and I’ve only had good experiences with them. The service is ridiculously fast. One time I put in two separate orders on the kiosk and my first order was ready before I even ordered the second item. The negatives: Your order will be wrong 75% of the time, so it’s a good thing the employees are kind and willing to fix it. I’m not even exaggerating. Your order will almost always be wrong. My McGriddle came with english muffin bread. My plain hamburger had condiments on it. My oreo McFlurry had m&ms in it. The employees are always willing to fix it for you, but that’s not very helpful especially if you order pickup or drive though and don’t notice. Just some advice: ALWAYS check your food to make sure it’s what you ordered before leaving.

The food may be somewhat quick, but it tastes like plastic!! We've gotten anywhere from wrong orders to cold food, to not finished hamburgers!! I've never really liked McDonald's but I go for my son!!

Fries and burgers were cold. McNuggets were cold and stale. They tasted bad. Tables were not wiped. Couldn't find a clean one. Couldn't get the attention of employees to come to the counter to ask for ketchup cups for the in store dispenser. They were out. Don't think I'll be back to any McDonald's soon.

We went in to order on the kiosk. We waited 30 minutes for most of our order to be wrong. When we tried to fix it they STILL got it wrong. Definitely not coming to this location. And most of the food was cold. I’ve never had service THIS bad at a McDonald’s before
