Waited in the drive up 30 minutes. Terrible service. No explanation as to why. Lost many customers. Line was around the building. Guy at window tried to get us to wait and we said no we've waited long enough. Slammed the window on us. Told us we could report him if we wanted. Brown curly hair with a hat. Terrible service.

I've left 3 google reviews ever in my life, so you have to be a special kind of horrible service for me to take the time for this. I can't speak for the morning-early evening shift. But if you're wanting McDonalds from 7-midnight, this is probably the worst Mcdonalds in the country during those hours. Not only do they get orders wrong EVERY TIME without fail, they give you sass about them getting your order wrong. And yes, of course the ice cream machine is always broken.

I have been to this McDonalds many times and the service is usually very fast and the people are polite. It is sometimes difficult to hear people over the intercoms but I know there’s not much employees can do about that. Over all it is usually a positive experience including tasty fries.

This McDonalds has the worst service ever. I go through the drive through and they don’t take my right order so I go inside there is at least 6 workers messing around with each other, laughing, goofing off and not helping me. I waiting for at least 10 minutes and they kept looking at me but nobody came to help. Worst service ever. Never going back.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received at McDonald’s. Manager was mocking the customers in Spanish. The whole crew were speaking in Spanish gossiping, and laughing while there was a whole line of customers waiting. Would not recommend at all. The manager with the long dark hair, long nails who wears glasses and speaks Spanish really loud so the whole world can hear it should be fired. Overall 1/10 experience. Do not recommend at all.
