“I’m a regular at Aubergine because first and foremost, the food quality far exceeds most other restaurants, especially in the fast-casual space. They don’t use any refined sugars or inflammatory oils in their food, and you can really taste the difference in the deliciousness of the dishes and and in how you feel afterwards. From bowls, plates, smoothies, açaí bowls, and more, you really can’t go wrong with the wondrous variety of color and flavor that they have. The visible kitchen area is clean and tidy and the workers are attentive and friendly. I wish Aubergine locations were as common as McDonalds across the US.“

“Went here on Sunday, loved this place. Out of all Greek eateries - bistro style this one is the best. Food here is Perfectly seasoned, well grilled, they have baklava ice cream which was very rewarding after a pleasant meal. My two toddlers ate grilled veggies and the rice, and of course they loved the feta fries..

Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options and they have falafel, hummus and more.

“Overall the bowls and salads are good and sometimes great. Chicken is a bit dry but salmon is excellent. Greens are good and they offer good variety. On the healthier side with minimal dressing, fats added etc. Sweet potato bites are excellent and unique along with the complimentary cheese bread with each entree. Can get a bit noisy but casual atmosphere is nice. self serve drinks makes for a meet n greet or hangout easy and non formal.

“Layla is not just amazing food, they make you feel like you are dining at their home! You do not have this impressive experience anywhere else in Utah but at Layla Grill. The portions are generous and the prices are affordable. I can’t say enough about Layla Grill I wish I could eat there every day. They transform you to the Mediterranean with the atmosphere and food. “We went there last minute to grab some food and drinks with friends. The only reason this did not get five stars is because they were extremely short staffed. The staff that was on, which I believe was only a single waitress and bartender with a cook absolutely did an amazing job for the number of tables and people they had. Angel was our server and she was absolutely spectacular. She was at a half run the entire night and always got our drinks out quickly and kept our water refilled despite running the entire restaurant by herself. We ordered some fish tacos and a burger and a salad and all the food was well prepared and, something that we would order again. The outdoor seating was perfect with shade and a nice cool breeze. We will definitely come back and hopefully they will have more staff to help out the hard-working crew that was there when we were there.“

“The best Food Truck!! We got the brisket burger and the fries with all the toppings and it was amazing. 3 year old got the chicken nuggets, normally very picky and will only eat a few bites, she LOVED them and ate them all! The handmade lemonade was perfectly sweet. We got the strawberry and the peach flavors. Loved them so much I booked them for a work event and they were a HUGE hit! Thank you for great service“
