This is a beautiful venue, from the grounds, waterfall, reception area and bridal room. They have a wonderful team who made my wedding planning and wedding not only beautiful but stress free, I didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day. The decorations, tables, flowers, our cake my bouquet were all so beautiful! And the food was delicious. Our wedding was my dream come true!!

I had a good wedding here, but it wasn’t the wedding I wanted.
I’ll start with what I liked: I absolutely loved the day of hostess, Tasha. She was wonderful. I told her my concerns and voiced that I was disappointed with the service, and she really tried her hardest to fix things. I also felt like my DJ was kind of pushing us around a little, and she stepped in and communicated what we were wanting to him. The bussers and food service staff did a great job. We had a fun bar tender. They were accommodating of the mini golf vendor I hired, and my guests had a great time. We had a lot of little kids present, but they were so entertained with the game room and gardens, I honestly did know they were there
The “eh” features: the food was okay. I feel like you have to pay for the most expensive package, the food in the smaller packages wasn’t impressive. They are very accommodating of your menu, though. I thought the floral provided was just okay. It was like they looked at my inspiration pictures, then shrugged and said close enough. My MIL took the flowers home and rearranged them, and they ended up looking much better than what the venue provided.
Things I didn’t like: the coordinator responsible for working with us and planning the event. Every time I spoke with her, I felt like she couldn’t care less about the event. I could email her 3 questions, and I’d get one “yes” response, if she bothered to respond at all. I could tell that she didn’t really look at the inspiration I sent her, and I could tell she didn’t really read my emails. I emailed her the cocktail recipes I wanted to do 3 months before the wedding, and she never replied. I asked her In person 1 month before the wedding, and she read the email then and confirmed the cocktails. Then a week before the wedding, I emailed her again, and she said we couldn’t do those cocktails unless we upgraded $1000 to the next package, or premixed everything ourselves. My husband emailed her to tell her we would provide all of our own mixers. Night of the wedding, the cocktail menu had not been communicated to the bar tender, and the bar tender didn’t know how to make the drinks we requested. We provided specific garnishes and liquors that the bar tender did not use, but they were not returned to us after the wedding. If I could do it over, I wish I had been more assertive with the coordinator. I didn’t want to be a bridezilla, so I didn’t speak up for myself. The hostess was more help the day of the wedding than the coordinator that I paid for was in the year leading up to the event. If you do book here, you need to be demanding or they will brush you off. They do have good packages and prices, they just need to be more invested in their clients.
Last comment: if you buy the reception only, you get the venue from 4-11. You have to pay an additional $700 to have the ceremony there, so at that point you’re paying for 2 events. The $700 for the ceremony does not give you any additional time, you’re still using 4-11 for the two different events. In my opinion, you should at least get one more hour for the $700 you pay for the ceremony.

I held my reception at Millennium falls on 8/26/24. I normally don’t write reviews but I felt compelled to warn others. We did our tour and asked about accommodations to which they agreed to. But when I called after paying to make the arrangements I was met with disdain and if I moved a single item I was going to be charged $70 per item and we weren’t allowed to use any of the kitchenware (even though it is supposed to come with the venue) They also said we could come in earlier to set up our afghan cultural decor. Which they of course backtracked on. The day of we were rushing to get everything set up and the owner came down and said oh I guess you can do this and use that. I said At that point it didn’t matter as we weren’t allowed to come in early and had to bring in all of our own kitchenwares and plates. Then at the end of the night we were 20 minutes late leaving the venue so they charged us $400. In the initial contract and walkthrough they stated all we had to do was take our decor and food and their team is in charge of cleanup. Well this didn’t happen so of course we were late leaving. We didn’t want to deal with them anymore so we agreed to pay. Then 3 weeks later she called me to come and pick up a check for $400. But when I got there she told me the only way I could have said check was if my sister (who paid for the venue) would remove her review. This is blackmailing and I will be making a complaint with the better business bureau. This to me is dishonest and not how a venue should operate.

I have been disappointed with service that I have received. When we had our initial tour we asked about specific accommodations for our cultural needs. I.E. moving tables and chairs. We also asked about coming in to set up 2 hours early. as a Muslim family we have religious dietary guidelines and so we have to bring in our own catering. We were told we could use plates and kitchenware if we wanted to. Everything was agreed upon but once we paid and followed up they denied every request. We’re not trying to be difficult only want what was agreed upon. Their excuse so far has been that the person who gave the tour was new and gave false information. At this point we feel taken advantage of and it’s too late to book a new venue.

Beautiful wedding venue!

I chose this venue for my parents 50th anniversary party. Everything went off without a hitch. The gardens were gorgeous and the dining area inside was beautiful. Everything was fantastic and I can't imagine it going any better. Thank you so much!

Nice place

Really pretty venue. I recommend bringing a hand fan because the inside is not as breezy as one would hope, but the outside is gorgeous and the waterfall is So Good. Parking can fill up- so plan for some people to park at the city park or on the street up to a block away.
