Mint Tapas and Sushi 5 (Draper)

This place was very good. Would recommend to anyone. Only suggestion would be to offer a chili paste or Sriracha.

I thought the food was good - not my favorite style sushi, but definitiely high quality. Service was not good. Waitress was distracted with what appeared to be a friend that was eating at the bar - as she spent whatever time she could socializing with her and not paying attention to her tables. We ordered a second round of sushi, halfway thru the order she tuned away and didn't take our full order (only brought 2 of the 4 rolls I ordered). Likely won't go back.

We had a great time at Mint Tapas and Sushi. We all got different rolls. They all tasted incredible. If you are here you have to get the miso soup. It was the best I’ve ever had

Server could not coordinate drinks with food. We ordered cocktails and promptly got our food. The sushi is just ok. You should rather go to the Sandy location. The nigiri was served with an interesting take on wasabi, like a creamy style but it was a terrible pairing with the nigiri sampler we got. Also the rice was cold.

We've eaten here a couple of times now and it's my favorite place in Draper. All the dishes are delicious. My favorite is the jalapeno hamachi. They have a great variety of Asian dishes. We took our teenagers but it was mostly all adults. Our kids loved the food, too.

We’ve been to other Mint locations, and this one is not only the newest but also stands out for how nice it looks compared to the sandy location. We tried some new items today and everything was great. The coconut shrimp tapas were delicious, and out of all the sushi plates we ordered, you can never go wrong with the Vega Roll. If you are looking for something spicier, the Saturn Roll is a perfect choice.
