For the 3rd time in 2 months the service has been awful. It is 100% related to their inability to read, understand and communicate in English.
Ordered pizza for a surprise delivery to my staff while I was out of town. Explicit instructions were on the order, and a larger than normal tip provided since I was asking for something a little additional.

This location is disgusting. The staff doesn’t wear gloves or hair nets. They touch their faces and then continue making pizza. They “cleaned” dirty tables off with their bare hands, no rag, took payment and then continued touching food in the back. Takes too long with individual pizzas - I watched 2 different groups of people wait 30+ minutes and leave upset.
