Ordered via the app for delivery & the store called saying they had no drivers. I asked to cancel & they said they would refund. Never got a refund and have put in a request online two times. I have ordered from here before & it was fine, but after this experience can’t recommend them anymore.

Honestly so disappointed the past two times I've gone they forgot the sauce on the pizza. I went in and asked for a refund which is very rare for me to do but for how expensive it is and asking for a cheese pizza with sauce and not getting sauce.... Was very disappointing. They took the pizza and the manager said they will give me a refund and they never did. So here we are :/

Ghost Recon

The pizza was contaminated with something blue. Luckily I did not eat it. I will report this to the proper authorities, this is unacceptable. I waited 20 minutes for a poorly made pizza that could have made me sick. To make matters worse, I tipped for a carryout order. I won't return and will report this to the Health Department.

We placed an online order for delivery to feed our team before a meeting — and it never showed up. We tried calling once and got no answer. Called again and waited on hold for 10 minutes before someone finally picked up. The woman who answered casually said, “Sorry, we don’t have any delivery drivers today.” No call. No email. Nothing to let us know the order wouldn’t be coming.

We had six employees expecting lunch before a one-hour meeting, and instead they sat there hungry. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you can’t fulfill orders, the least you can do is communicate. Terrible customer service. We won’t be ordering again.

Can you guys offer your customers some safety protection when we order from Doordash or Uber eats. You don't even seal the box with a sticker so we can see if it had been messed with. Be more mindful of that. I won't be ordering from you guys again.

Ordered online. First of all the App needs work. Everytime I closed the app it deletes my whole order. Second, I drove to get my order. 20 min later pizza was “ready” but the pizza wasn’t hot like it wasn’t fresh out the oven. Third I ordered wings and they were cold. And Fourth the cheese breads marina sauce was in a small cup but the middle was frozen. Past times I went everything was good not sure what’s going on now. 🤦‍♀️

The pizza was great! I thought the dough was absolutely delicious! Just FYI, it's a thick crust pizza (which I prefer)

We also got the loaded fries were very delicious.

My wife got the gluten free pizza, the crust wasn't amazing... But I won't reduce a star for this as good gluten free crusts are far and few between.

The meat toppings didn't taste fresh at all. Just wasn't a great pizza for the money and the price. Dough and sauce isn't amazing. Sauce tastes like it comes from a can.
