Made my order through doordash the dasher toke my order and then re assign the order. A new dasher went to pick up my order and waited for it and it toke over an hour then I called the place and they said we are not re making your order because doordash has not sent over the payment to re make it and that it was not their fault someone toke it. Yet no one ever called me to let me know and they just had me in the blind until I called them. Plus they refused to re make my order after talking to doordash because doordash had not yet sent the payment. So I was waiting for nothing and the poor new dasher was waiting for nothing too because they weren’t even making it! How is that my fault just re make my order send it on its way and contact doordash your partners for delivery to get that resolved but no have me wait for more then a hour and then tell me you made my order but someone stole it and now you refuse to re make my order!

Absolute joke of customer service. This place has been over 30 minutes late to delivering every time we have ordered from them! not only that but they have even canceled our order after not delivering it. While my associate was there to pick up the order and figuring it out that it had been canceled, they seemed to be laughing about the situation.

We ordered delivery through door dash. They forgot an entire pizza and brought a garden salad when I paid extra for the antipasto salad. When I called and asked for the correct items, they said nobody there knew what the antipasto salad was. Why offer it if nobody knows what it is? They also said they couldn't deliver the missing pizza. They said they would refund is our money but I'm not too hopeful. This is probably the last time we will be ordering from them. I'm only giving them 2 stars because the part of the order we actually got was decent. But we didn't get 2 out of the 4 items we ordered.

Their pizza is always pretty good but this location needs some up keep and cleaning up. We sat down and noticed while waiting for our pizza that every single jar of Parmesan on the tables had mold in it. They also only had one worker available for the entire location which didn’t help.
We then had a coupon that we were told couldn’t be used in store but then wouldn’t allow us to redeem online. When we asked about it, he responded and said they got a new system and he didn’t know about how it worked with a coupon. Disappointed for sure.

I used to like this place, but seems they got a new manager/ cooks or something but the manager, Marcus, or whatever his name is doesn't care about customers and WILL blame you for everything. I won't be surprise if this place is gone next year, good franchise, but bad onwers/management at this location.

DO NOT COME HERE. EVER. Store manager Marcos R ended up handling my problem and did so extremely unprofessionally. My order was given away and 4 associates at this location confirmed that some lady in pink picked up my $100+ pizza order after showing them all my order details, which showed last four of CC and personal info. Associates confirmed this type of problem happens with DD orders. They remade our pizzas after an hour of waiting but the fact that they gave and confirmed an order, which asks for the CC info for online orders, confirmed their security system is vulnerable and possibly compromised. We asked Marcos for a full refund because of the lack of security and confirmation from 4 associates that info could have been compromised. He was combative, aggressive, and belittling. I asked to speak to the Store Owner and he said they don’t like to speak to customers (that’s bad) and he would call and ask. Took him ~10 minutes and confirmed approval for full refund. He asked if anything else could be done and I said “no because I won’t be returning as a customer after the handling you gave and your associates confirming my info being shared by someone.” He replied back “I don’t care if you come back because you just wanted free food lady. So don’t come back to my store” and hung up.
So long story short: Mountain Mikes has employees who are giving personal info away and your card info will be compromised.
No cheese and peppers. Understaffed, messy and weird restuarant where the door open onto the tables.

This location used to be nice but now it's completely awful. The salad bar had mold in the cheese and the entire bar had clearly not been changed for who knows how long. Some items, like crutons, werent in stock. We called to get our 4 salads refunded, $37, and they wouldn't do it. (They, with great disdain, tried to give us $10 off which obviously doesn't cover it). Don't go to this location.
