First timer here. The food was good. The first experience with the staff wasn't the friendliest, but we went again a different day and it was much better. Three atmosphere is typical for a modern warehouse feel. They had a free kids meal for an adult regular meal you get. That was nice!

Unfortunately we were unable to eat here. The 3 staff members refused to acknowledge that we were in line. We overhead 3 other customer have their order made incorrectly during the 10 minutes we stood there.

First time trying it out, but no luck. Went with a party of 5. We all ordered something different we waited 45 mins to try and get our food. Went on to ask if they it would take longer, they had so many orders to take out that they had no clue when ours was coming out.
Note to owenership!!!! You need more employees!!!!
Our table and 2 others left, not to mention the online orders that walked out.

If you want to save this business, hire more people on a Sunday.

Not sure if I will return to try the food.

Very rude staff. Girl gave me the “are you stupid” gesture because I didn’t just walk in and take my food without confirmation. Sorry to make you do your job for 5 seconds I guess?

I found the food to be delicious, but the staff seemed more interested in talking about their personal life than cooking your food.
The prices were 20% bigger than the value of the meal.

We visited the Draper location on our trip to Utah. I'll preface by saying we have a child with an anaphyactic egg allergy, so eating out is very difficult for us. The manager, Kennedy was so helpful and knowledgeable. We ordered the Kids Mac for both of our kids as it was egg free. Kennedy personally cooked our noodles and went as far as to sub the elbow macaroni for cavatappi as the elbow Mac is stored by egg noodles. We were so thrilled with her service.

I love this pasta place, like it has my favorite dishes and is also very affordable, my personal favorite at the moment is the zucchini pesto with grilled chicken, but their mac and cheese is also a good option. It has like a bunch of options for soda, like a LOT. If you haven't come here I strongly recommend it to give it a try.
