You might think you're paying $17 for a meal, but you would be wrong. It's a side. Mediocre food, outrageous prices.

Always delicious food. I got the spicy Korean noodles with steak. And they had changing tables in the bathroom for me to change my baby! Great job at being family friendly!

The person who took my order was friendly and gave great suggestions. I was disappointed they stopped serving penne and he was very kind and offered some solutions if I didn't like my order. I will be back (even though they no longer have penne 😞)

We had the best service here today! Our server was so patient, and he recommended our scrumptious dishes! Everything was made perfectly and was so delicious! It's definitely recommended, as they offer a variety of options!

Can’t stress enough how badly management is failing its employees here. As someone who worked in food management for a decade, it is clear these poor workers are understaffed and underpaid, not to mention under appreciated. Took well over 45 minutes to get my order of buttered noodles. The poor girls working all looked on the verge of tears. They did give out some coupons for the hassle, which doesn’t hurt. No one working in a fast food place should be this understaffed during dinner hours. It’s honestly embarrassing for whoever is in charge. You clearly can’t do your job to support your employees. The worst part is they all were still so kind to every customer who didn’t return the same niceties. They all need a raise and a paid week off. Management needs to get their heads out of their assess.
Showed up and didn’t see a single worker for the first 10 minutes. Finally a girl took came out from the back to take our order, she obviously was taking a smoke break as she reeked of marijuana. Took them about 30 minutes to get our food out when no one else was in the store. Very bad customer service, I do not recommend this location.

The best thing about this place is it wasn't crowded. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli and a classic Mac n cheese. Both very dry however portion was generous.

I stopped in today with my 11 year old picky eater who loves mac n cheese. Ordered her the Mac with extra cheese, she gave it a 10 out of 10. I got the Pad Thai with shrimp...it had great flavor, wish there was a spicy option, but it was still great. Gotta say the food was really good, but the customer service from Alex was exceptional. Clone the guy and put one in every store...super friendly, fun energy and willing to go the extra mile.

I like the food at Noodles and Company well enough, but I feel like they may have decreased the size of their dishes as prices have gone up. Most everything is expensive these days, but with some places, I feel like at least I get a lot of food to go along with the high price. Noodles just isn't one of those places any more (if they ever were), and they're getting removed from my takeout list.

super clean, the staff was so kind, food was yummy!
Just okay
Me and my friends went here on 3-22-25. 3 of us got mac n cheese 1 got buttered noodles. not only did our food come out way after everyone else who ordered after us, then it was cold! we had to get 3 things remade. my broccoli was actually inedible. the girls were nice about it but i just don’t understand what the problem was. we got there at 1pm and didn’t get our food til 1:30! they finally brought it out and it was below room temperature, i asked for it to be remade or something and she said okay and never came back. i go to noodles and co near me all the time and never had this issue. very disappointed.
I love going to noodles because they have a mostly gluten free option.
But the past few times we’ve been to this location it’s been awful. This last time we went in to pick up an order the cook had her hair down and it was long. That was the first off putting thing, the order was wrong, it had a film on it. Just not good at all.
