What happened to you guys? Everything served in microwaveable bowls. Nobody cooking, everything was microwaved, Mac and cheese was watery and the chicken noodle soup was under microwaved and hard. Not worth $22 dollars I spent, not worth $10. My daughter described it as eating leftovers.

This has to be the blandest Noodles and company location in Utah. Noodles taste over cooked and boiled in way too much water. The Alfredo sauce, zero taste. A little salt never hurt anybody. What a waste of money and I'm STARVING!!

The absolutely worst Noodles and Company out there. I ordered food through their app and the food never showed up. I spent $40. I called and asked for my food. They told me they couldn't help me, to look at the app. I looked at the app and there was no phone number. I asked for my food and they refused to re-deliver my food or help in any way. Didn't contact their delivery driver. Just told me I was out of luck.I got angry & they said I called them names. The "manager" Kennedy/Jennifer (they used fake names too) told me that I would have to contact doordash. I didn't order from doordash though. She told me to come get my food myself. I don't have a vehicle. She was VERY rude. They hung up on me and proceeded to tell me that the general manager knew what was going on and that I was not to be helped and that everyone in the store would say I called them names.All I wanted was my food or money back so I could get other food. I worked all day with no food and no break and these girls at the store acted like I was asking them for something crazy because I wanted a refund. They refused to look up my order or help find a contact phone number. They just didn't care. My $40 doesn't matter to them. Maybe corporate will care that their customers are being treated like this.

Absolutely fantastic customer service by Meiah she walked me through the whole menu, made things super easy and even helped me with the Price breakdown of everything. She’s an amazing employee and definitely deserves a raise.
