Went here as a quick bite after a long day of work. Ordered 3 items and waited an hour, wasn’t stoked on that. Lot of people standing around inside not doing anything. Service was mid, food was good. Surprised they haven’t fixed their obvious issues yet from these reviews. Even though I live only a 1/4 of a mile away and this is the only “unique” pizza shop near me (and I really love pizza), I will not be returning, I’d rather drive much longer than suffer from what these other reviews have mentioned. Hope they pull it together before they get replaced by a good business.

Your pizza and service sucks. I paid 25$ for a medium with the wrong topping on it. A topping I was forced to add btw since the system didn't accept that my order wasn't above $20. When I said it in the store at pickup there was no offer to make another pizza with what I thought I ordered. No napkins or spice/cheese packets in the box to go along with the pizza. And the chicken added was diced and from frozen, not actual fresh chicken. It's no wonder your store is not busy

This wasn’t their mandatory 18% tip for party size. It was a single item togo order. Looked at my credit card statement to see they added a tip to my receipt that I did not authorize. I have a photo of my receipt as I left it. It was a small amount but I won’t ever be coming back. This is not how to do business. You have dishonest cashiers.

Wasn’t the best pizza. For the price you pay.

I always liked going to this place but the last 2 times I ordered they delivered me without any cheese and it left me very disappointed, the first time I thought it was a mistake, but 2 times the same thing is very strange!! I think their staff is great, they are friendly, but if they are looking to cut their budget, I think that cheese is the last thing they should remove, because pizza without cheese is not pizza.

On January 24th around 6:30 PM, my friends and I visited your restaurant to celebrate a birthday. From the moment we entered, we were speaking in English—this was clear to the staff, including the person who greeted us and the waiter who served us.

However, when our waiter approached us, the first thing they asked was, “Do you speak English?” This question was both unnecessary and disrespectful, especially considering that we had been conversing in English from the start. It made us feel unfairly judged, and we couldn’t help but wonder if this assumption was based on our appearance.

As a customer, I expect to be greeted with courtesy and professionalism, starting with a simple “How are you?” or “Can I get you something to drink?” rather than a question that felt dismissive and offensive.

This experience left a very negative impression, and I wanted to bring it to your attention. I hope steps are taken to ensure your staff treats all guests with respect, regardless of their background.

We ate here but the only problem is that we asked the pizza without olives and extra cheese, the thing is that the pizza did not have extra cheese and had olives. On the other side the crust was good, the service was alright, it needs a little more of a New York touch.

The pizza I ate was pretty gross, we didn't finish it. The sauce was almost watery, the chicken had way too much pepper on it and most of the meat was dark meat or had cartilage in it. And I had to pick multiple jalapeño butts/stems off of my slices. I don't think I'd come back here, based on the food alone however the staff were friendly.

The service was terrible. Waiter never came around so we had to get up from our table and ask to receive our pizza after about 40 minutes of waiting. Had to get up from our table and ask for multiple, basic items - napkins, plates, refills on drinks. All on separate occasions. Waiter gave some people utensils and not others (everyone ordered pizza).

Half our group wasn’t ready to order when we got there so I asked the waiter to come back in 2 minutes. Didn’t see him again until the half of the group that ordered got their pizza. So, some waited about 40 minutes just to order. Not sure if our waiter just wasn’t paying attention or what because it wasn’t super busy. Anytime we tried to flag someone down, no one was really paying attention Then we automatically got charged an 18% gratuity… even after we had to get up from our table and go find a waiter multiple times. Pizza wasn’t bad but I’m not a hard person to please when it comes to food.

Visiting Utah from the Midwest, and was looking for something close-by to where I was staying. I'm one that enjoys all styles of pizza, so figured we'd give this place a try.

Ordered an XL cheese/sausage and the pizza was immediately disappointing. The pizza was undercooked, had a pool of oil on it, and was floppy making it challenging to eat. My girlfriend even said "The side with sausage looks like dog food". The taste and food quality was no better. Both my girlfriend and I agreed this was likely the worst pizza we've tried, and would've been better with a frozen pizza from Walmart. After eating half a slice each, the pizza went in the trash.

I will say in the brief interactions I had at the restaurant, the people I spoke with seemed very friendly.

We love NY Pizza Patrol! A big part of the great experience, is definitely the service, and Tabatha made sure of that. She is absolutely wonderful, made a fantastic suggestion on a pizza, never would have ordered before, but so glad we did! GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE (:

It's easily my favorite pizza place in town! Their food is always top-notch! I love the Stromboli, as well as their pesto pizza, I would highly recommend this to anyone who comes to town, you won't regret it! Special shoutout to the employees Tabhita and henri, who was super kind and helpful!

Great pasta and great pizza. The marina/pizza sauce is the main reason I come back to these guys

Got here weird experience. Wanted to order take out, told to sit down. Asked for a menu which seemed like I confused waotress. Menu prices were like 25% less expensive then what was at register. Glad I asked. They said we're rebranding right. $20 for a 14 inch pizza. New York is cheaper. No thanks...

Ordered food online and didn’t get my full order. I called them and told them and they put me on hold for 5 min then came back and said the delivery guy is on his way. 40 minutes later still no food so I called and asked for a refund. They said they can’t give a refund because I ordered it online. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. I asked for someone else and he hung up on me. It’s a shame cause the pizza was ok. I won’t be ordering from them again though.
