I understand paying extra for the premium entrées, But to then only get half scoops on them as well is crazy. I’m already paying extra… Why am I getting half the serving size? I’ve noticed this is pretty common among a lot of panda express locations. I’ve just never had it as bad as it was in this location. It’s happened multiple times here in this specific location. Paying extra and being served limited rations lol.

Had the orange chicken with fried rice bowl thing it was pretty good.
I like Panda Express for all of the food options, and that you get quite a bit of food for a good price. This location is super close to my work, and always very fast so I come here relatively often. The past 4 or so times I’ve been, Anais has worked, and she is just such a breath of fresh air !! She’s always so nice and welcoming, and seems to genuinely care about customer interaction. She works quickly and with a smile on her face. I always hope she’s here when I come in lol. She’s honestly what makes this location so great!

Good experience today specifically. Wok Fried Shrimp is back (heck yeah) and that was the sustenance I craved. They were out, so I requested a new dish. Side note, a couple of reviews below me expressed frustration that they were out of dishes, but they never realized this revolutionary technique called ASK THEM TO MAKE A FRESH BATCH. Mind blown! Anyways, while I was waiting, Pei-Ling, I believe that was her name, offered me a cup to fill with a beverage of my choosing while I endured the small passage of time whilst the dish was being prepared. I obliged but chose to stick with water. She then notified me of the dishes' completion and served up the remainder of my order. A small, but lovely gesture that I appreciated. I've been going here for years, and I've always had good experiences, but I felt I needed to write about this one in particular.

Food was fine. Service was awful. Never have I ever felt so rushed to help my child decide what she wanted to eat. And never have I felt so disrespected deciding what I wanted. Very rude server, and interrupted me when I was asking for a water cup.
