Told me to show up at a certain time to pick up my order. No other customers in the store, still went way over. Food was mediocre and made incorrectly.

Move over Domino’s… Papa John’s just took the crown in our house!

We used to be loyal Domino’s fans—until the kids revolted. They kept saying the red sauce was too spicy, and honestly, I thought we might be breaking up with pizza for a while. But then… enter Papa John’s.

Game. Changer.

We grabbed SIX pizzas—yeah, we went all in—and every single one was a hit. Here’s what we ordered:
• A meat-lovers-style pie
• 2 classic pepperonis
• 1 Alfredo white sauce pizza (half with pineapple, half without—because we’re civilized like that)
• 2 BBQ chicken pizzas (so good we needed a double dose)

The kids? Obsessed. The Alfredo and original Papa John’s sauce won their picky hearts over. They’re officially back in their pizza era.

I loved how soft and fluffy the crust was—perfect for dunking into that garlic butter (which I don’t usually go for, but wow, it was next level). And let’s not forget the little jalapeño in each box—squeezed just a touch on my slice and it gave the perfect kick.

Only reason it’s not a 5-star across the board? I gave service a 3/5 because they couldn’t find our pizzas for a few minutes when I showed up for carryout. It took a couple of phone calls and a little scavenger hunt, but they were chilling on the warming rack the whole time. No big deal—it all worked out.

All in all: Papa John’s, you’ve officially earned your spot at our family’s pizza night. Bravo.

I'm an Uber Eats driver. Every time I pick up here, no matter what time of day, it takes an inordinate amount of time to pickup. The staff is friendly enough but they seem disorganized and unable to complete orders efficiently. Other customers waiting when I'm there have complained about waits of over an hour.

Came to pick up an Uber eats order and was denied the order and told I could not pick up the customers order because I didn't have an insulated pizza bag. If you don't want to work with uber eats dont sign up to have the service available.

This Papa Johns usually always comes through but they took over 2 hours to bring us an order that said would only take 81 minutes. This came down to the drivers not being unavailable. Pizza wasn’t even discounted. Severely dissatisfied and disappointed

They’re understaffed. They’re very busy, stressed and had a difficult time keeping up. I visited twice and both times my food was sitting under the warmer, ready to go, but I waited 15 min just to get someone to acknowledge I was there. They need more staff.
