I tried ordering on the app. It kept circling. It was taking forever to order. So I ordered on line and it was a lot easier.

Don't waste your time at this location. The last four orders I've made have been wrong in some way & the management is a joke. The most recent issue was that they made the pizza wrong, so I called & was told I could bring the pizza back, which is so gross, cause thy want this pizza, that's been in my car & then in my house, back in their restaurant??? I asked for a refund & was ignored & was instead told that I'd get $10 off a future order. The Thai chicken I ordered was supposed to have green peppers, but instead, it was covered in mushrooms. Since I'm allergic to mushrooms, I threw the whole pizza away & had the store remake the pizza as I originally ordered. When I got the the store (again) to get the pizza I asked about a refund & the manager had the audacity to tell me I had gotten 2 pizzas, so I can't get a refund. The 'replacement pizza was so saucy that it looked like there was a soup on it. I will not ever come back to this location.

I placed an order to be delivered from Papa Murphy’s in Draper. The person delivered my order minus one of my items which I had paid for, and which was on the receipt. I called the store and told them that I was missing one of the items and they basically said too bad, You’re going to have to contact the driver because he just didn’t pick it up or you’re going to have to come and get it yourself . They said they had no way to refund me for the item and that DoorDash would have to be the ones to refund me. Is it or is it not the store that ended up getting the money for my order? I was very, very unhappy with their non-service. Bottom line I paid for something that I never received. The store would not reimburse me for it. Just a warning if you’re going to order and have it delivered, and The order is wrong, I guess you’re just out of luck.

Excellent as always, worth driving to this location!

I was in this location at about 5:14pm tim was great super nice very sweet but the other girl working 10/10/24 was super rude slamming her hands down very loud to wrap our pizzas she wrapped all other pizzas nicely but our pizzas she was very aggressive about and made us very uncomfortable and not want to come back agian....she was snippy and very short and rude with me and my mother.

I haven't even left the parking lot but I was so annoyed I wanted to leave a review now. Two workers and I are the only people in the building. They talked the entire time to each other. The young man making the pizza stopped repeatedly in order to engage in conversation apparently unable to do two things at once. I waited 15 mins in the store as the only customer waiting for them to goof around and finish my order. Then he hands me the pizza and doesn't even say a word. Young people please don't represent the companies who employ you this poorly.
