DON'T ORDER ONLINE! I ordered my pizza, waited for the 30 minutes it said before I arrived in the store. While I was in the store waiting FIVE people walked in and ordered a pizza and they all got their pizza before they even started mine because "walk ins take priority". Even though they walked in and ordered AFTER I was in the store waiting!

I ordered my pizza hours in advance online to pick up at 4:15. I arrived at 4:30 and they couldn’t find my order. They finally started it and it took an additional 15 min to make two pizzas. Slow service, somewhat incompetent employees. I’m not really planning to go back to this Pappa Murphy. This better be a REALLY good pizza when I get home.

I’ve had half vegan cheese (gf needs it for lactose reasons), half regular here before. Jjust interrupted while ordering from the other worker that “oh we can’t do half because of the system”…if you have hands you can do half anything, get it fixed or just replace these robots with robots.

I usually order a large or bigger size pizza and their pizza never disappointed me. It sometimes gets busy and the service can be late, but the pizza is always good.

Disappointed in my son’s Mini Murph this evening; I understand it’s supposed to be “mini,” but usually a 7 inch personal pizza fills the baking tray. See picture attached for what we received tonight, definitely not worth the cost.

Not gonna lie, I'm REALLY disappointed with this place. I ordered three pizzas, 2 CYO's and a NY Cheese. First two were fine, no issues. But I asked for the cheese to be really lite on the sauce. Like, REALLY lite, and the person (wasn't paying attention if it was a guy or girl) slathered it on there. I got to my car, looked at the pizza, and just thought that it was too much sauce, so I thought maybe I didn't make it clear. So I went back in and asked if I had specified that I wanted LITE sauce, and I showed them the pizza, and they said "Oh yeah, we didn't put a lot on there." I'm now in my car, writing this review before I leave. I usually love Papa Murphy's but this location generally just... sucks. I'm wondering if I've got to either go to MODS, Papa John's, or just some other pizza joint where they actually listen to what a person is saying.

I saw a commercial for "$12 Tuesday" on a large pizza. I had previously ordered the same specialty pizza last Saturday. I figured why not? When I get there to get my order, there was 1-1.5" of crust around the entire pizza. The toppings seemed to be placed in the center and not spread out to the edge of the pizza. I didn't have time to wait on another pizza and this was very disappointing! I took a pic to upload and unfortunately can't show what a disappointment this was.
I understand that on a Tuesday night you guys are usually busy since you have special deals. And I understand that sometimes you get busy and don't have a chance to get to an order. What I don't understand is how you can ONLY focus on your walk in customers and COMPLETELY IGNORE your online ordering system. I ordered online for the convenience of NOT having to go in and wait for my order to be made. I ordered an hour before I even got there. And when I got there, your team told me that they WERE TRAINED to IGNORE our online orders and ONLY make the walk in orders. Rather than first order, first served. Me and 3 other people all had this experience and still had us waiting an extra 20 minutes for our orders after already waiting the required minimum 30 minutes (In my case, I ordered and showed up an hour later) that your OLO system stated. Absolutely ridiculous and I don't know that I will ever go back to this location.

This location was great. The guy that helped me last night was very nice. My son wanted a pumpkin shaped pizza, but with pineapple instead of pepperoni. The guy was accommodating and made it!Highly recommend this location. The pizza was great!!!
Ordered & PRE PURCHASED cinnamon money breadThe young staff that was thereDid not know how to make it?!?!So they gave us what appeared to be thawed out garlic monkey bread(The husband) shouldn’t have taken itIt was awful tasting. Did not cook up well.
