I wish I would’ve read these 1 star reviews before placing my order. I ordered delivery and they didn’t deliver the wings and the soda was completely wrong. When you try to call you get an automated message that leads absolutely nowhere. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have someone just sitting by the phone hanging up on everyone. It’s insane that you can’t even speak to someone about your incorrect order. All we want is what we paid for. There’s no honesty in the world anymore.

Terrible place, they will steal and rip you off, not very hard thing to deliver a pizza, lazy staff. They will either not deliver or they will put it in the dirt/flower bed because they don’t want to go inside and deliver to an apartment. They don’t know how to communicate, it’s a 2 star place for a reason. They want tips??? Haha good reasons to not give tips,

Fine Pizza Hut, nothing special. No inside area from what I saw, pizza was not quite as good as average but the cheese sticks were cooked great and not burnt! Easy car side pickup too.
I wish I could give a 0!! They delivered our food to another house. Didn’t even call to say they were replacing our order. I had to call. 2 hours later, it arrived and we received less than half our order. They said that they would refund our money. I have called 5 times since, and they keep telling me it will take 3 days to see the refund. It has been 3 weeks now!! We will never order from them again!
The worst place to order a pizza. They take more than 39 minutes. I want to cancel my order, but nobody can help.

I ordered a pizza and received someone elses FOUR HOUR OLD pizza, my girlfriend then proceeded to attempt to contact the store to get this issue rectified for literally 2 hours. The store never once picked up and we did not get our pizza.
This was my second try with this location. Last time I never got my points. I even emailed customer service. Right now they have a $12 medium pizza with up to 10 toppings. We are a family of 3 and all like different things on our pizza. We each ordered one when you pick more than 5 choices it has a window that pops up that tells you it won’t cook evenly if you put on more than 5 toppings. Then makes you confirm that you still want the 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10th topping. Well one of the pizzas had only 6 mushrooms on the whole pizza, one was missing green peppers completely, and was really lacking in olives, onions and bacon and the last one had no pepperoni and so much sausage you couldn’t see anything else. I was not impressed at all. I will give just about any restaurant 2 chances. Everyone has an off day. They have had their 2. Not sure we will use them again.

Ian who was running the whole store himself, was an outstanding worker. He treated us with the up most respect and got the food out on time.
