Been to Pizza Hut many times probably the best pizza. I’ve had there in a long time. I don’t know his name who was working there today but he was very friendly, Very nice. I asked for some extra seasoning on my bread, and he actually brought it over to me to see if it was enough. No one‘s ever done that before so he he’s a very good employee.

The desktop authentication page would not accept copy-paste to fill my password field. For added security, I don't use password managers and I keep my passwords in a PGP encrypted local file from which I copy and paste. I do NOT want to have to type these long passwords in manually (which I had to do to get it to work) so in the future, no copy-paste, no order. Other than this, everything was great, therefore I dinged only one star from the rating

Pizza Hut used to be legacy. The Book It program of the 1980's was not only magical but also a tasty sensation and a magnificent marketing magnet for children and future pizza patrons.I can only imagine that an evil villain, disguised as a progressive pizza professional, infiltrated Pizza Hut's headquarters and shredded the cheesy goodness by ruining the recipe.How I wish the golden days of pizza crust would return and the saucey spectacular would return.In the meantime, I'll continue my robust-sauced romance with Dominoes, I just wish they would bring back The Noid!

Ordered a pizza on 8 May before they closed. The app still says they are making my order. Here it is 16 May. Must be growing the beef. I did get charged for my order so I called corporate. All they did was refund my money. Never got a call saying they were canceling or status. Please cancel this order since it is probably cold by now. NEVER will order from this store again. Not recommended if you have plans

On our last visit we got the Big New Yorker. Big mistake. Normally we enjoy Pizza Hut as a quick and easy slice. We don't go expecting some authentic gourmet pizza. But I do expect something edible. It tasted like the garbage Dominos used to serve 10 years ago. The staff is fine, not happy bubbly folks, but not gruff and grizzled either. Somewhere in-between, I'd say apathetic. We will still go back and grab a classic stuffed crust or bathe in the 80's nostalgia that is the pan pizza. But I will probably steer clear of their promotional items in the future. Remember the P'Zone? Yeah, me neither.

placed order on web page, gave instructons to where my apt was, driver never showed up, even tho i waited outside in cold in my wheelchair for an hour. went inside and found message saying had been left outside random building on opposite side of apt complex, no idea whereupdate: spent next day calling listed phone number for that store, and whole day kept getting message they closed and then it hung up. bad customer experience

Id recommend this over all other pizza places in Draper their overpriced and not managed well
