The food is top quality as they use fresh ingredients compared to other places. Even though they are always busy, their service is great. Would give 5 stars but I feel they can be expensive. It's my splurge ?

I had a kids shakeout (smoothie) delivered to me off of DoorDash. I wasn’t sure how good it would be considering I’ve never had a smoothie from Protein Foundry and the fact that I’ve never heard of mixing almond milk and orange juice in a smoothie… but it’s surprisingly tasty and to my surprise it was filled all the way to the top of the container! The reason I’m giving a rate of 4 stars is because I placed my order at about 8:46 am based off what the sticker on the container says and ended up receiving the order at 9:54 am. Maybe part of it could be that they make the smoothie right when the delivery person shows up or something so it’s super fresh. If that is the case though, I have no complaints at all.

The employees are great, but the quality of the protein shakes in very inconsistent. Sometimes, the texture and taste are great, other times the shakes are slimy and unappetizing. Today, my shake’s texture was good, but it didn’t taste like anything, just no flavor. That’s a first.For me to continue spending $7 for a protein shake that I can make myself for less, I would prefer to get the same shake every time. Probably won’t be back for a while.

Just tried this a couple weeks back and it's one of fave new places to get some tasty healthy meals. Really enjoy the acai bowls, especially on a hot day!

They lost my business. The ladies working there are very nice and courteous. Unfortunately, they rarely get my order right. I order same thing every time and confirm what I want every single time. No matter what, they always screw up my order. First few times I let it go but now I am getting really frustrated. Putting together an Acai bowl is not rocket science. Pay better attention, don't assume things. If you're not sure, ask again. Your customers expect consistent experience. Also, I got a really bad flu a couple of months ago, after I got an Acai bowl there, made by a lady who was visibly sick with flu. If you're sick, have a flu, coughing, your nose dripping, please stay home. Don't come near food and get your customers and coworkers sick.
