i love roxberry but new açaí bowl recipe is not it. super awesome staff and the place is clean and nice and all that but the new bowls are so disappointing. i cried in my car after eating.
Asking for tips on at a drive thru has got to end.
I’ve been here a few times on a Sunday being the only car in the drive thru and it takes 15-20 min every time. No idea what they’re doing in there.

2nd time going to this location (drive thru) and bowls were mixed incorrectly and ingredients were missing both times. When I asked I was told that each PERSON does them differently.. but shouldn’t there be a structured process that everyone follows? (Specially since it’s a franchise).

I’ve visited this location many times. Workers are friendly, often seem overwhelmed. They’ve made the wrong item a couple of times. The quality of the smoothies and juices is great, but plan on waiting at least 10 minutes for your order often 15+.

Disorganized
The most dysfunctional place I've ordered. Been here 3 times. Always a long wait. Multiple times screwed up my order. Last time 4 parties that ordered after me got their stuff first and I had to go back up to the counter multiple times. Done with this place.

broskis and I were baked out of our minds and thought we were driving thru Starbucks (forgor they moved literally next door) BUT we were not disappointed, had some wonderful smoothies, very nice fine girl <3 we enjoyed and devoured thank you (the smoothies)
