I am extremely dissatisfied with the staff at Draper Pkwy & 13th E in Draper UT. I was so excited to get my first holiday beverage of the season and, at the drive through window, the barista dropped and spilled it all over me and the inside of my new car. No refund, no drink remake, nothing. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and this made me so sad that I dont think I will come back the rest of the holiday season. $7 down the drain literally
I paid $7 for a tall brown sugar. I basically paid for a cup of ice. I only had like 4 sips of coffee. After reading all the reviews I can agree I’ve also had bad experiences in the past with rude staff.

As a regular at this location I’m always happy when Madi is working in the drive thru. She has such a positive vibe about her and it’s contagious, I really enjoy our brief chats. The coffee is always good and their patio has amazing views.

Bigger blonde girl that runs the window here is an absolute jerk. She has taken my order multiple times and is always rude about it. She messes it up and then is rude to me when I ask for it to be corrected. Never caught her name but she shouldn’t be in customer service.
I don't like any other coffee, it has to be Starbucks dark roast. Komoto Dragon is my favorite!

I ordered a Strawberry Matcha Strato Frappuccino, but they gave me a hot drink instead. I actually wanted it iced. They remade it for me, but it was still wrong. I don’t even feel like going to this Starbucks again next time.

When I walked in the male employee that was currently working there (long hair large build) was extremely rude and disrespectful, spoke to me in a condescending way and I decided not to bother with it and just left. Very unfortunate experience.
