I ordered a Strawberry Matcha Strato Frappuccino, but they gave me a hot drink instead. I actually wanted it iced. They remade it for me, but it was still wrong. I don’t even feel like going to this Starbucks again next time.

When I walked in the male employee that was currently working there (long hair large build) was extremely rude and disrespectful, spoke to me in a condescending way and I decided not to bother with it and just left. Very unfortunate experience.

I always choose this Starbucks over the one closer to my home because of Sue. She’s always kind, welcoming, and truly goes above and beyond. She’s the only one who’s ever willing to check in the back for the KOIA protein drink I come in for—and she actually finds it. When she’s not here, I’m often told it’s out of stock without anyone even checking, which feels a bit dismissive. I believe the other young ladies could be a little more courteous and take a note from Sue’s example. She represents everything Starbucks should stand for: excellent service, genuine care, and a reason to pay a premium. She’s the best!
