this starbucks CONSTANTLY gets orders wrong. ESPECIALLY with doordash. it’s driving me absolutely insane. i think ive gotten the correct sandwich maybe once. do not go here.

Male bearded barista wouldn’t redeem me or my husband’s birthday drinks and said he scanned the app but I called customer service and they can’t find my order??? We had our ID’s out to prove it was our birthday and everything but he wasn’t interested in helping us have a good borthday. Very disappointed

Bearded barista said “You must not know what expresso tastes like” when I asked them to remake the drink I have ordered nearly every single day for 10 years because it didn’t taste right. He argued repeatedly that expresso tastes bitter & that there was nothing wrong with the drink. Completely unprofessional & inaccurate. I’m aware of what expresso tastes like, that wasn’t the issue. I’m not sure why he took it so personal, but what I can tell you is that for an $11.00 coffee & thousands of dollars spent annually, I expect better service. Closing down my Starbucks account & finding somewhere else to go.

This is by far the worst Starbucks location in the area. Employees are either snappy or act irritated to be at work, they NEVER make drinks correctly, without fail. I wish I could go to this location and love it but each time I give it a chance and give the benefit of the doubt this location proves me dead wrong. Go down the street to the one closer to riverton, they will actually make your drink right and not make you feel like an inconvenience for spending your money there

Horrible customer service - went through the line and had no wallet and neither me or my son have had any water. I asked for 2 waters and “new policy” required I made a purchase… I have no wallet. Was told to get out of line. Where is the humanity and morales - employees need to learn customer service skills. Won’t be going back

Very cool location. However, the staff did ignore me for a full five minutes at the counter, one even made eye contact but ignored me. Aside from that the beverages and food were the standard for Starbucks.

This time, I asked for specific things that other locations plus this location has done previously, but they wouldn’t.

Will be going an extra mile to a different Starbucks from now on since this one wouldn’t make a couple drinks how I asked.

I wasn't impressed with this Starbucks. This was the first time going to this location. I waited a while before any acknowledged me. After I ordered, I sat down to wait.

They called my name and handed me my refresher, but not my pastry. I told the guy I ordered a pastry as well, and he said they were still warming it up. I waited forever and finally went to the front. Apparently, the girl put it on the counter, but never called my name. I watched the counter for a bit and found this is what she does. She never called anyone's name.

It took a over 20 minutes to get a drink and pastry, but at least I got it and the pastry was so good!

I’m bummed to have to leave a bad review for this location. This is normally my favorite location but the baristas have been so mean lately! I prefer to place a mobile order and every time I pick it up lately they make me feel almost guilty for picking it up. Especially in the drive through! It’s a bummer.

Just wow. Ordered a basic cup of Christmas blend 2024 coffee. They didn’t have enough in the hopper for a full cup, she filled a cup partially full and sat it on the counter before turning to me and saying she would have to brew more. I waited 20 minutes before inquiring. A different person walked over and discovered the open cup ( now 20 minutes cold) tried to fill if from the empty dispenser and then-fills it the rest of the way with a different coffee and handed me a luke warm cup of two different coffees. Seriously? I wont be back, that is absolutely ridiculous.

Recently stopped by this Starbucks employees were a little quiet not too friendly buts everything else was fine the whole environment was quiet good place to study though!
