Well, I visited Salt Lake for a week. By the way, I’m from Houston, and this was the closest Starbucks to me. I probably visited this place four or five times. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the people are very nice and the service is great. Thank you so much!

This has to seriously be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They suck at taking orders. They don’t listen and then when they get it wrong, they tell you don’t be rude. Seriously don’t be rude. I wasn’t rude. All I did was ask if she had gone through food handlers course, because if she had she would have known that when you hand out food through the drive-through window, you are not to take it back through the window so if you want the food back, maybe you guys should not make a mistake and hand it out wrong. Kind of seems like a lesson needing to be learned by you all.

I walked into the Starbucks in Draper and felt like I’d accidentally wandered into a casting call for “Snobs of the Wasatch” designer sunglasses, yoga mats, and perfectly curated scowls everywhere.
Even the baristas seemed to whisper their drink orders like it was insider trading info, while people argued over oat milk versus almond like it was a Supreme Court case.
My cold drip coffee tasted great though, mostly because I wasn’t pretending to understand words like “undertones” or “mouthfeel.”
Outside, Teslas lined up like some caffeinated electric car parade, each driver practicing their best “I’m better than you” smirk.
Is it still coffee if everyone in the room thinks they’re too good for it?

I loved starbucks before coming to this store. Turns out they only support Lgbtq for money. They absolutely don't want any transgender people working here. Really messed up. Employees are rude and very unprofessional. Only come here if you want a 100% certainty that they're going to mess up your order and take an hour to do it then fight you tooth and nail about it. For any other LGBTQ people out there, this location is very unsafe for us. Employees were making fun of me for what I was wearing. It seriously seems like a toddler is managing the store.
All the staff were talking to each other and didn't notice me for over 5 minutes then finally had the audacity to be surprised I was standing there. My drink took over 45 minutes to make for some reason. Sorry Starbucks you lost my support. And you wouldn't hire my gf because she's transgender?! What is wrong with you!
