My order was not correct. I specifically asked for the creamer to be steamed and filled to the top of the grande cup at the drive thru kiosk and they confirmed “of course”. When I received my Espresso drink it was half full. I told the employee it wasn’t full and she said that they cannot fill it to the top on an espresso order. I have never had this problem at other Starbucks.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Draper Starbucks due to an employee named Kristen. Her customer service was extremely poor—she was very rude and unprofessional while we were in the drive-through picking up a mobile order. The app clearly gives the option to pick up either through the drive-through or in-store, yet she didn’t acknowledge that at all. Started talking in a rude tone saying, “The drive-through is closed but go ahead and pull forward” She didn’t even say hello or “welcome to Starbucks”; instead, she immediately accused us of moving a sign, which we absolutely did not do. The accusation felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Rather than assisting us with the pickup, the interaction felt confrontational and disrespectful. This experience definitely left a bad impression and is not what I expect from Starbucks.

I ordered 2 simple drinks this morning, same size. Yet, one of the cups had ridiculously less amount of coffee in comparison to the other cup. Needless to say, its not worth spending the extra dollar to wait in line just to be served a less than satisfactory cup of coffee with the audacity of suggesting to leave a tip. Service was below average, as a noticeable line was building in the drive thru, it was clear some of the baristas were hired to simply observe and not to assist with orders. I highly recommend ANY of the gas stations near by if you're looking for a enjoyable cup of coffee.

Well, I visited Salt Lake for a week. By the way, I’m from Houston, and this was the closest Starbucks to me. I probably visited this place four or five times. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the people are very nice and the service is great. Thank you so much!

This has to seriously be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They suck at taking orders. They don’t listen and then when they get it wrong, they tell you don’t be rude. Seriously don’t be rude. I wasn’t rude. All I did was ask if she had gone through food handlers course, because if she had she would have known that when you hand out food through the drive-through window, you are not to take it back through the window so if you want the food back, maybe you guys should not make a mistake and hand it out wrong. Kind of seems like a lesson needing to be learned by you all.
