Crew seemed half asleep, and kept asking the same question over and over. Took 30 min to get 2 sandwiches

I've ordered the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki, Spicy Nacho Chicken, Grilled Chicken, Meatball, and Oven-Roasted Turkey. The Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki is one of my favorites. I won't order the Spicy Nacho Chicken again -- some processed cheeses were never meant to see the light of day.
The service has been friendly and pleasant. This location has been around for a while, but they've made occasional updates to modernize it.
Subway is not my sandwich stop of choice, but I don't mind ordering from this location when a friend wants to dine here.

Stood there waiting for someone to come to the front and even yelled hello. No service….
Super busy workers made sure to handle my order 15 minutes prior to the time I supposed to pick it up! They’re finishing an order for at least 15 people and when I opened the dor they asked for my name and they just made my sandwich right away!

Hailey should be the manger she was always nice to me and treated me with respect and kindness and the other boy that was here was amazing too I forgot his name but yeah he was good oh his name was Kaden. And a few weeks later I came back and I believe that Andrew deserves a raise because he is kind and smart and that is only the tip of the iceberg for how nice he is.

Why have a mobile order shelf if you’re not gonna put my mobile order there waiting longer. Just sitting on the counter behind them not saying anything. Waited 15 mins

I like Subway as a whole. This particular location is very disappointing. Both the Internet and the signs on their door say they are open until 9 PM. I arrived at 8:40 PM. Both doors were completely locked. And looking through the door, all the food had been cleaned up. They obviously had locked the doors much earlier. I went through the drive-through to see if anybody would respond and it was the automated message and nobody ever came. At the window itself I could see an employee had cleaned everything up. He looked and saw me two different times, but would not even give me the time of day. If you say you’re going to be open till 9 pm be open. If you’re going to clean up at 8:30 pm change the time on the Internet and the sign on the door. I drove to a different location that was open until 10 PM and they were very helpful and polite.

Every time i place a mobile order of 2 they always specifically mix it up either they do the same sub twice or subs that is not even related to what is on the paper. It is not suppose to be so difficult to read it from a piece of paper. Please for gods sake i don’t want to place orders 10 minute apart afraid they will mix it up again which even then they will mix it up.
If you are going to place a mobile order place them 10-15 minute apart because unfortunately some employees don’t know how to read from a piece of paper and can easily mix up 2 sandwich and some how make the same sandwich twice with different very different ingredients. Both sandwiches were different from one another.
This has happened on multiple occasions as well. I let it slide was understanding but everyone has a limit and patience and after 3rd time it doesn’t become a mistake because you learn from your mistakes

Tried to used local fluence at this location and the staff said I couldn’t because I didn’t have a barcode to scan the offer. They probably shouldn’t put an offer on local fluence if they can’t redeem it. After talking to two employees, the third allowed me to use but said next time I need to redeem online. Even though that’s not an option. Very frustrating. I won’t be going back.

Just stopped by the draper Subway. I used the drive- through and the young lady that took my order was outstanding. She was quick and efficient and my sandwich was perfect. I love subway, but sometimes the wait can be a bit long since the sandwiches are made to order. She was friendly and professional and did a great job.
