I went through the drive through and got a garlic beef Sandwich. I was charged about $8.50 for this. The sandwich also did not have all the vegetables I requested. There is one THIN slice of beef!!! I just paid for lettuce and bread. Subway is a rip off!!!

Alright so I just wanna say, I've been here twice now and (though I wish I could've remembered his name) the big homie at the window with the tattoos is such a nice dude and he seems very hardworking and professional. I hope this company is appreciating him because each time I've dealt with him, he's been awesome. I'd hang out w this guy. Give this dude a raise for real. He's trying for y'all.

I spent the day in the hospital after being rushed to the emergency room this morning. I was exhausted and hungry. My daughter took me to subway on the way home. The guy taking our order at the drive through was so cheerful. Cracking jokes and taking our order. You could tell he was just a sweet happy person. Someone else was chiming in and cracking jokes as well. When we got to the window there was more happy small talk and joking from the employees. One of them asked how our day had been and my daughter said “not great. We are on our way home from the hospital.” The guy at the window was so genuinely sweet and concerned. He handed us our food and when we went to pay he told us that our sandwiches were on him and he wished us a better day. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a drive through.

I bought a snack for my daughter on Saturday night, I paid an amount on Sunday, in addition to waiting for almost 15 minutes to be served at the drive thru and there was no one inside the store, the attendant wanted to charge another amount for the same snack I bought on Saturday

Ordered two tuna salads from the drive thru with the same toppings in each of them. I received scoops of tuna with zero lettuce and maybe a few pieces of “toppings” if you can call them that. I walked inside to let their employee know my order was wrong. Abby opens the bowl and slaps a handful of lettuce in the bowl hands it back angrily.When I get home and look brown, old lettuce is all in my bowl. Terrible customer service; if you hate working at subway so much Abby find a new job. Won’t be back.

No one came out and helped us for over 10 min. We also heard yelling in the background that had a lot of cussing and made us uncomfortable being there. We left with no food or service. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Live 2 Hustle

I used to enjoy grabbing a sandwich or whatever here, but apparently I wasn’t served in the way I had expected. It took explaining a few times how my order should be made. Eventually it was made correctly, but also I’ve came here multiple times and I feel like I’m not as valued as what I give them in regards to my business.That was the last time I spent on anything and will be for the future.

Had a coupon to review their food and our experience here, but they refused to honor it even though it was specific for this location and all requirements were met to use the coupon. Unfortunate because it seemed like a decent business with good workers until we tried to use the coupon and the "manager?" told us he couldn't use it and left the kid at the register hanging as he went to make other sandwiches. Ended up leaving without our sandwiches.

The staff here are the worst. They're rude and not well trained. I came in and explained I had a localfluence coupon for a buy one get one free sub sandwich, after they made my food they refused to accept my coupon (despite the fact that it clearly states on their glass case right in front of me "localfluence accepted here") and claimed that because the coupon didn't have a QR code, they could take it. They were extremely rude to me about it too. They lost my business permanently.

Terrible service by manager Dave. Ordered online and never got my order $66 worth. Went to the store for refund and was refused. Called credit card and am disputing charge. Manager yelled at me outside in front of other individuals and threatened to have me arrested for criminal trespassing. No refund, no food and treated horribly! Don't go here!!!
