Back when Paragon City Games was in the same
building, I would go here often. The people who worked there were always nice and helpful. While pretty much anyone you talk to is going to have a different sandwich at Subway, one of my favorites is the Italian BMT. I would personally strongly suggest changing the cheese to either pepper jack or provolone but customize the sandwich however you want to.

The employee blatantly gas lit me about toasting my sandwich after I said I want the #20 made the way it came. Old guy who was watching the younger guy like a hawk and was really defensive too the second I mentioned it. I almost walked out bc of his attitude. Also no review system on their receipt, I really should have not spend my money here. Waste of space ass

Team was super fast and the place was clean. They were generous with their serving size as compared to other subways. Bathroom was clean. The server even checked up on me to make sure everything was alright.

I’ve had a good experience over the last month placing online orders for pick up. The team has had the sandwich ready every time before the promised pick up time, and the order has been correct. I usually won’t come without a special or a coupon in place, but I am usually satisfied when I choose to eat at Subway.

Employees taking a phone call. Been standing at the counter for about 5-10 minutes. No one has even come up to take my order. Ended up leaving due to the careless staff member on 7/13/24 at 3:30pm who thought it’d be best to be on the phone.

So....I went in with a friend. I didn't order anything but I noticed a young girl working who seemed very confused. It took a long time to check out (about 20 minutes) She seemed to be the only one in there. Please train your employees and don't leave them completely clueless. She also couldn't understand enough English to know what my friend wanted to order but they got through it by pointing.

They put the meat at the short end of the foot long, then fold it 3 times instead of in half. So you get way less meat and veggies, but more bread per bite. And no, the price is not less.

Went to go get a foot long cookie and ended up crossing paths with an employee who was working alone and mumbling profanities to himself. Not sure if he was talking to someone through an ear piece or something, but still neglected any sort of good mannerisms towards costumers. He made the restaurant a terrible environment.
