They had one of the tastier specialty rolls I have ever tried in Utah. However, they also had the smallest portions, which was really a bummer. Had to order 3 rolls to satisfy my appetite, while I usually can abrely handle 2 in other stablishments.
On my second visit, I was very let down by the rolls I picked. The Texas roll had extremely chewy meat to the point I could not swallow it. The mango on the mango roll was not very ripe. The four in one did not have a pleasant flavor, too much horseradish to my taste.

When I specifically put in instructions “no crunch” on spicy tuna rolls and they are COVERED in it anyway. I just spent $50 on this whole meal, and this is so frustrating. Why have the option for “special requests” if you can’t follow instructions

Overall this little spot is decent and I like it because it’s close to my home. I’ve traveled all over including Japan, and true, it’s not your high end spot. However, rolls are good for the price and staff has always been friendly and quick. Takeout is fast and easy.
A regular date night for my wife and I. Great quality food and the song play list has been pretty enjoyable.

We decided to grab dinner here since the holiday traffic was terrible on the way home. We were disappointed. We were barely acknowledged by staff the entire time. My water cup was filthy and smelled bad. My sushi looked sad.. The tuna looked kind of discolored. Bottom line, it was barely edible. I’m not sure how this place has 4.5 stars. For the price? Absolutely not. Will not be returning.

This place is a solid home run. Whenever I go to a new sushi place I try to grab a lot of variety. This place did not disappoint.
Food we got: Tuna Roll, Utah Roll, Citrus Roll, Snowbird Roll, Sweetheart Roll, Edamame, Miso Soup and Yellow Curry with chicken.
Everything was fresh and consistent. Nothing surprised us in a negative way which I think is important.
Fish was fresh, not sticky, slimy or smelly. Vegetables were fresh and had the right amount of crunch. Rice was sticky and had the right amount of flavor. Each sushi we tried had a good mix of flavor and nothing that overwhelmed the other parts of the roll.
The edamame was fresh, the miso was really well put together and a nice start to the meal. The yellow curry was smooth and the curry to chicken and vegetables ratio was really good.
The service was attentive. The menu was easy to read. Right amount of refills at the right time, right amount of checking in, right amount of time waiting before offered boxes and the check.
Really pleased with my experience here.
