My hubby and I LOVE this place! We have been going to Sushi Ya for a year now and it's one of our go to sushi spots. The fish is always fresh and management is great! We appreciate the friendliness and incredible service we ALWAYS get. :)
I ❤️ Sushi Ya!! Never disappointed when we come here! Love the food and the owners are the best!
The sushi was good; it impressed both my wife and I despite our usual reservations against sushi. We tried a whole bunch of rolls, our waitress was quick and professional, and the chopsticks had helpful instructions! All in all, I'd go again, but I wouldn't take the kids!
Good value
Great experience, good service, and decent sushi for the price. Couldn't expect much more for $20 per person. The bathroom could use some serious cleaning though.
Edit: went again today, amazing, super friendly staff, quick service, fresh rolls, and great taste. Happy as always.
These guys are my fave. ❤️
Spouse and I did the all you can eat dinner deal, first round was okay but all of the rolls quality was mediocre as they fell apart every time we attempted to grab them with chopsticks.
Second round we both ordered the Orange Julius roll and it was AWFUL. They drenched the whole thing in sweet chili sauce and it made it so sickenIngly sweet that it was damn near inedible.
Go to Sushi Yu instead. It's 10 minutes down the road and has a LOT more options and better quality service and food for the same price.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
This is one of my favorite spots to come for sushi.
Not only is it all you can eat, but the rolls are all fresh made and really tasty.
They have plenty of variety of long rolls, hand rolls, and nigiri that you can always mix it up. And if you're not feeling sushi, they have a decent menu of bento boxes and other items to satiate your appetite.
The sushi has always been good - mostly. This last time I went, I had some of the chewiest nigiri I've ever had. It was not good at all. Not to mention, we had a big party size, so we had to pay gratuity which is fine, however, my girlfriend and I showed up like 5 minutes late, and we never received plates, so we had to share the same small plate the entire night. Every time I tried to get the waitress' attention, it was like she was going out of her way to avoid us. TERRIBLE service. With all of that added on I paid $90 (yes, ninety dollars!) for two people for a night of mediocre sushi and horrible service. I used to love coming here, but next time I'm just going to go to somewhere like Tsunami for quality sushi and good service. At this rate, I'd still have saved money going to Tsunami. This last visit just really rubbed me the wrong way.
We will drive an hour to eat here.
Best all you can eat sushi in the state IMO

My sushi was thawed out in ice water!
I'm a huge sushi lover and was excited to try a new place with my wife. We ordered a few rolls and a few orders of Nigiri. The presentation was so so, my Albacore nigiri was hands down the WORSE Nigiri I've ever had in over 20+ years of eating sushi! I've never once had Nigiri or sashimi where when biting down, it was ice cold and was like a sponge! The meat completely flattened out and was difficult to chew...🤮
This is the type sushi that you would typically expect to find at a Chinese buffet, if thats what you like, then this is the place for you!

Service too slow, too much rice on sushi that makes you full.
Went on a Friday night with my husband for our first visit to this place, and we were seated immediately. We were only given the paper all you can eat menus and not asked if that's what we intended to have or offered a regular menu at all, which was kind of a bummer. We each ordered 2 rolls and 3 orders of nigiri, which put us right at making it worth the AYCE price of $27.95 a person. I was a bit disappointed in the selection of rolls. They were all pretty basic and all very similar. Was also disappointed to find that there was only sushi on the AYCE menu...no appetizers whatsoever included in the price. The food was alright, and the portions were generous, but a couple of the items were not great. My husband's albacore had an off putting spongy texture and my seared tuna was decidedly fishy. Our last few bites were difficult to get down in our attempts to not be charged extra for not finishing. Overall, it was pretty affordable for sushi, but we don't plan on going back as the experience left a lot to be desired.
Our favorite go to all you can eat sushi! They make us feel like family ❤️
