I love Swig but this location is particularly bad for some reason. Tonight the line was horrendously slow and it all makes sense why. The two girls working couldn’t care less about anything. When I pulled up to the window, they were yapping about nonsense with each other instead of urgently trying to take my order and get cars moving through the line.

Of course, they got it my drink wrong and blamed it on me when I walked in to get it replaced (Fighter, sparkling water, light ice…how hard can that be?) This was also followed with a snarky “oh and our lobby is closed. You can’t be in here.” The OPEN sign was on and the door was unlocked.

Just a pathetic experience. No pride in their work.

This swig sucks. They take their sweet time and have managed to mess up my drink every time I’ve gone there. The girls there are so rude as well. When I went back inside on Thursday to get my drink fixed they stood there and argued with me. It worth it to take the longer drive to the other location.

This is the slowest swig I have ever been to. Their communication among employees is non existent. Never going back to this location.

Why offer “free 44oz” coupons/cards as fund raisers then make me pay an extra $1 to get my 44 oz drink?

Dani was so patient and helpful the other night! I'm very indecisive and she helped me decide. She gave such great customer service and I will be back to this location!

I don't get the hype. The drinks are just okay but all their flavoring drinks has artificial flavors and sweeteners, it's just trash for your bodies more than standard trash for creating diabetes with all the sugar. It will probably be like the frozen yogurt craze were more than half of the stores will shut down in a year or two.

Wow what a unique experience! Mixed sodas were amazing and the staff was very helpful. Maybe not an every day thing but I would come back another time for a sweet treat alternative.

I'm obsessed. Friendly staff, fast service, and delicious drinks. I never had a "dirty soda" before moving to the area and they definitely hit the spot on a hot summer day. The refresher energy drinks are great as well!

We’re pretty much daily visitors to the Taylorsville Swig location, but really love the company and their business motto as a whole.

They’re using the coffee mate coconut lime creamer for the founders and it’s definitely not as good as the coconut cream and fresh lime. I won’t go back to this location, I’m hoping the others haven’t made this switch. It was such a disappointment!

I understand that it is a busy place. But if I have to wait 15+ minutes for my drink that I preordered to be ready when I arrived, then something is being done wrong.I don’t know. I like Swig and the other various soda shops, but cmon.
