It’s a great swig but the drive thru is impossible to get to😂 you have to drive thru a parking lot, and then into a neighborhood, go thru a roundabout, and then flip a u turn just to get in

I recently sampled the new fall menu and found it to be quite delightful, with a wonderful array of autumn flavors. I especially enjoyed the new mini pumpkin cookies. While the drinks are enjoyable, they are not something I would consider to be habit-forming.

Came to swig today 9/5 at 5pm. I ordered two drinks and pretzels. I asked for popping boba in my drink. Got to the window and a young man handed us our drinks and not our pretzels. He acted like he didn’t know they even sold pretzels when we asked for them. Maybe put people at the window that have read your menu at least once. They also forgot the boba in my drink. This is the 3rd time we’ve had a bad experience at this location. Other times the person taking our order didn’t ask for our number. We got to the window and asked if we could get the points (it was a larger order) and they just said sorry no… then two other times they made our drinks and I asked for boba and they mixed it into the crushed ice so I couldn’t even eat them. I will probably drive an extra 15 minutes to go to another swig location if I ever want swig because my experience here has just been bad consistently.

Great experience. The drive through was pleasant, the customer service was spectacular, the product was full, clean and, the best part, refreshing. I attend Swig almost 4 times a week. Its a place that accepts you and feeds the Dew craving I have almost in a daily basis. Swig enables me in a good way. As long as Swig is open and serving these delicious sodas you'll see my sorry bum there.
