I’m from out of town and staying across the street so walked over and tried to order but they said they only accept drive through orders and said I’m not allowed to walk through the drive through and that I’d need to use the app and order for in car pickup. Downloaded the app, made an account, added my credit card all while standing outside in 15 deg F and 10 mph wind all for the app to say we had to wait an additional 10 minutes before we could say we had arrived. This was the worst customer service I’ve had in a very long time.

ordered two 24 ounces with *light* ice. cup was near filled to the brim with ice. the entry to the drive thru is also near impossible to find.

They had a big line at the girl taking orders knew the girl who was ordering and decided just to have a conversation while there was a big line . It's just rude you don't do that . I honked at them to hurry up cause they were acting like there was no line behind them and the girl taking orders was facing the line so she knew. There was a line . Obviously teenagers being teenagers stared being snarky saying take forever with her order . I've never been to this location before and won't go back the drive through is not convenient to get into and it's just filled with teenagers who just care about themselves. Fizz is way better with more options anyways.

The staff was really kind. There was no wait at all. I ordered a Waikiki… i think I’m typing that right lol. anyway, no one was in the drive through. I totally recommend it- five stars. Plus, the cookies and pretzel bites were great.

They have amazing drink combinations or create your own. There was no wait time at all, and the staff was super friendly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to quench your thirst. My go-to is anything with coconut cream.

This has been my favorite place to visit several times each week but this summer, I've been extremely disappointed. I received the wrong drink once, received sparkling water when I asked for flat, had a drink that was over powered by lime flavor after asking for no wedges, received a drink that tasted like water with no flavoring and tonight, received extra ice when I requested light ice. I hope something changes because the refreshers are my favorite drinks.

We are so excited about the SWIG in Bluffdale!! We tried the ‘Life’s a Beach’ which was super refreshing. Not too sweet. Just yummy ?

I usually I love swig, swig is my soul but this time when I got a drink here they messed up my drink I got a raspberry dream with coconut cream No Ice but when I got it it had like the whole ice machine was in my tumber ? but the weird thing was it tasted weird so I opened it and the Dr Pepper was mixed with sprite. Gross.

Tried to come here yesterday, but couldn't find the entrance to the drive-through and didn't have time to bother. No signage to show where to go for entrance. Also, no lobby service.
Went to another swig instead to get the gift cards I needed for gifts. The next day I realized I needed one more and this location was closest so I decided I would try again to locate the entrance for the drive-through. I did find it, but it was awkward to get to.
My service experience was mediocre compared to the other swig location I went to the day before. However, my main complaint was definitely the awkward drive-through. This could be easily corrected by proper signage and even opening the lobby for easy access for those who are not frequent customers.
