I've been Taco Bell's biggest supporter since they brought back the Luxe box about a year ago. It was nice with every other place on earth rasing their prices, you could actually go to Taco Bell and get a good meal for under $10 including a drink. All luxe box options had enough food to satisfy but I've noticed lately they are getting skimpy with meat and cheese portions and the quality has dropped off. The chips and cheese nachos come with crumbs that you can't even dip and the tacos/chalupas are more lettuce than anything else but the prices to upgrade have risen too. If you're going to skimp on quality at least keep the up-charge the same.

0/10 waited 30 minutes for a TAKEOUT burrito that had absolutely fussing nothing in it. Ate a tortilla burrito today. Literally every other location is great but the Draper Taco Bell is hot ahh, needs to be closed. Fast food my aah. Wasted my time. Do not go to the draper taco bell

Only one that still has Carmel apple empenadas! Also have green sauce which is hard to find. Food was fresh. Service was great. We drive around a lot and this is hands down my new favorite taco bell in the state.

Good food, but my grilled cheese steak burrito was the smallest I’ve ever seen one, and why do you charge extra to simply have sour cream on the burrito when it already comes with it? It’s literally in the picture.
Wow extremely disappointed with my meal. I saw a couple commercials for taco bell and it looked good. I got the luxe box and wow the tacos had like five small pieces of chicken, I can get more meat on a 99cent ground beef taco. Hardly any toppings too. I technically got an oily tortilla with cheese :(
After posting my review I notice a lot more people complaining about the same reason and they don't seem to fix the issue. So if you want more meat you know what to do.

I came here to have dinner and asked for a water cup and was refused. I understand it’s not required to give them, but it’s August in Utah and hot outside. It’s makes me sad that I can’t receive a water cup with my dinner without having to pay $2. Next time I am considering a quick dinner option I will not be going back here.

Rushed to order. Overheard the cashier talking about needing to make up time because I needed 30 seconds to look at the menu. Which he kept interrupting because apparently I was taking too long. The food was bad. Looked like they rushed to make it. Got the smallest bean burrito I have ever seen and our items that were supposed to have meat had almost none. Go to a different location.

Rushed us through the drive through in order to reach some company standard for order time, as Dante in the drive thru made it clear. Food was sub quality as it was rushed, and overall experience was terrible. It's not hard to make a decent Taco Bell experience, yet somehow these guys managed to screw it up. Go to any other location
