I ordered on the app and when I got to the counter the lady asked my name, and she got my drink and said the order wasn’t ready yet. After about 15-20 minutes I had seen several people order and finish their food by the time I went up and asked about my food. They said it had been ready for a minute and not only was one of the food items wrong, but my food was also cold. If they hadn’t taken so long to get the order to me even though the lady knew I was there and even kept looking over at me without saying anything then I would have been able to get the issues fixed. But as a blue collar worker I only get so much time before I have to get back to work and they had already made me late to getting back to work. I really don’t think a bunch of high school kids coming in after I did should be put in priority. I believe the person who arrives and ordered first should be able to get what they paid for, and the correct items, before somebody that comes in 10 minutes after them. But that wasn’t the case. Pretty ridiculous that these people are getting twice the wages when I was working at Taco Bell. And not to mention that none of them even pretended to look like they wanted to work there. I get that it’s not the easiest job, but several things should’ve been different here, especially since they talk about the app as a way to “skip” the line.

This isn't even for this general location. This is just for Taco Bell as a whole. The new calienta cantina items are disgusting. That red sauce doesn't provide anything but heat without flavor and it is somehow also sweet. It was very off-putting and I did a third party delivery service and threw away a $15 meal because it was so gross.

Eh, I know it said “snack wrap” in the description for the new dipping burritos… but can I just say- the pictures on the website compared to what you get in person, is just so laughable. False advertisement at its finest, and for 6$? That’s insane. The flavor was OKAY, not the best. Plus online it says 4.99 and in person it was 5.94… Lego character for reference.

Taco Bell use to be good before they put only a tablespoon of beans in their bean burrito. Come on mgmt you better stop reducing your product. Del taco has 3 times the beans go there worth it.

Price gouging…Well, it cost me $6.50 for a chicken gordita crunch…a small item that by itself would fill up very few people. I just calculated the increase from what it was 3 years ago and the price went up 70%!!!!

I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have a real human being take our order and gladly did so today. I get frustrated at the lack of human connection at fast food restaurants these days and not only that, but you guys called our order by our name when it was ready. Most of our stuff was special order and you even took The time to write on the product, what it was! You had guys out cleaning tables and for a Taco Bell, this was one was really clean! My son is the only reason we go and I usually dread the experience! I actually enjoyed eating and ordering from your store today and will be back!!! Please, please continue to take orders in person and not force people to order on those inhuman machines that offer no human connection!

Worst Taco Bell ever, the night shift is the shows no effort in their food. I've ordered food from there several times, each time hoping they get it right.
The sad part about this is, it's the only taco bell next door to me, so I have NO option but to go there if I'm hungry.
Tacos have small portions of Taco meat, Taco shells are stail. My order is some times missing a item. Then the servers look at me like I made up the whole incident.

i work at the walmart around the corner and i don't know when my break is going to be but i don't have long so ill put an order in on the app so i can pull up really quick. we'll i guess they changed the app so you have to wait for a certain time to pick it up? but that time can be over 20 min later?! i pulled up and they wouldn't make my food as if i was using the drive through like a normal customer. i don't get to eat on my lunch today and i genuinely don't understand why?! i've worked at taco bell before and i do not get why i got turned away?!????

Another night of weak ass made burritos with no meat or beans . The frozen tinos at burritos at the store have more meat and beans then what your employees are serving us. I feel completely ripped off! What a joke !
Taco Bell is the same everywhere you go, but the employees here are good at their job and really seem to enjoy it. They all appear to be friends and work well together. 10/10 fast food, nothing was wrong with my order, got what I wanted.

I have never had any issues at this location until last Saturday. The kid working the drive-thru at 7:00 pm was the rudest person I have encountered in a very long time.
He was rude when I placed my order and even ruder when I pulled up to the window. Had to ask twice for napkins and fire sauce which I also asked for when I placed my order. The sauce flew out of the window at me.. Really no excuse at all for acting like this.
People like this don’t last, but it was bad enough that I felt the need to leave a review about it..

The server was great. I have a food allergy and let them know, but my food still came with tomatoes. That could have been deadly. I ordered large drinks at the speaker, but they didn't put large size on the order. They could work on listening better. The food's always great and quick, please just listen better to especially food allergies
