Greedy! You can order as much food as you want but they won’t give you ANY taco sauce. None. Not even 1 packet. They charge for every packet of hot sauce you want.You order fry’s, tater tots, etc. no ranch or fry sauce. You have to pay for it. ALL OF IT

They Charge you for sauce!! I wasn’t even asking for extra sauce. I ordered a combo meal and when I asked for fry sauce for my tots they charged me .40 cents per sauce. You can spare on fry sauce for the meal I just bought from you guys!! You might have got .87 cents from me. But you lost a customer for life!! It’s the principle! No other place charges for sauce that should come with your meal!!! Never coming back here again!!!

Female at drive through messed up an order, when going inside to ask to get what I ordered even if it cost more, she then got another female who without even a thought started assuming I wanted food for free, I informed her as well that I will pay extra, I just want what I ordered, her customer service is horrible but the food is good so I'm giving a 3 star for food alone..

This is the best Taco time in Utah, Brigham city Taco time #2, Tremonton Taco time #3. It was very clean, impeccable service, and my crisp tacos were amazing, wife got a crisp meat burrito and she loved it.

I came here like 10 minutes before closing asking for so little. the guy at the window looked to be the only one in there, and when i handed him my card he swiped it like 20 times and handed it back to me saying it wasnt working. it charged my card, and took the amount from my account. i showed him and he just said that since it didn't go through for him he "can't just give me the food". its not giving it to me if i've showed you that i payed. i told him to swipe it again just once, and he swiped it like 4 times in a row. so ridiculous. it didn't go through cause my bank thought it was fraud, and he handed my my card back, said there wasn't anything happening, shut the window, and locked it. didn't get my food, and ended up being charged 4 times for the 3 burritos i didn't even receive. be careful ordering here, employees are so unkind.

They're getting better I must say. After ample amounts of the other 2 taco joints it was refreshing to dine with them...broke up the monotony that goes with American taco establishments.
I love this location! They always get my order right and they're usually pretty fast. I come here all the time and it's always been a good experience for me. Food always tastes great!

I ordered my food (1combo). The man behind gets his bigger order before me. I get my order and notice it doesn’t look right. I mention it to the employee and literally point to it on the menu/receipt. She looks in the bag and says it is right. I get it home and like I thought it was completely wrong. It was also cold to the point the bag of food must have been sitting there for a bit. The employees were also making fun of the people in the drive through. I live far enough away I did not want to drive back. Your employees definitely don’t care if they do even a half way decent job! How do I get my money back?

We often come here but our order continues to come out incorrectly and usually be fixed quickly. Our last order took 30 minutes to get and after inspection it was incorrect and had cheese despite asking for no cheese. To fix the order we had to wait another 15 minutes in the drive thru since the lobby was closed. After arriving home we discovered that only 2 items out of the 8 where corrected. I contacted the facility through their website and was assured that it was fixed (even thought it wasn't) and offered a coupon for 1 free item.
