My son and his friends went there last night, they waited 1hour & 30 mins for their meal. The waitress never put water on their table and the food had hair in it.

Place is clean the food is good but for what you pay you would think you would get bigger portions.

My recent visit to Paradise Restaurant in Utah didn't go as planned. We ordered veg Hakka noodles, paneer pepper fry, and egg biryani, but none of them lived up to our expectations. The paneer in the pepper fry was hard and tasteless. The veg Hakka noodles were small and had no flavor at all. It was a letdown. On top of that, the egg biryani took forever to arrive. By the time it came, my friends had already finished eating.Overall, our experience at Paradise Restaurant was not good. The food wasn't great, and the service was slow. I hope they can improve in the future.

I would like to start off by saying that I love most of the food here. The biryanis and starters are really good and this is one of my go to Indian restaurants. The service sometimes can be annoying. One of the young waitresses has a bad attitude. We were waiting to be seated for about 20 minutes, she came over and we told her we were waiting to be seated, she got confused and just left and started making drinks? We stood there confused for another 20 minutes before communicating to another staff member and being seated. This was a busy night so I understood, but being ignored after asking to be seated for so long was just weird. My most fervent complaint though is the music. A few months ago, the restaurant got a karaoke like setup and one of the owners/staff members was singing quite loudly and to put it nicely, he seemed like an amateur singer. Now to be fair, in a restaurant this small, even a professional singer would be too much. The music is so loud, you cannot hear your dinner companions talk. And it goes on for hours making it hard to enjoy the delicious food and have conversations with people around you. On top of that, from what I’ve seen, most of the singers invited are amateurs, and so a lot of the times it’s not melodious but just noisy. I don’t think the music setup is the best choice for this place and the last time I went, I and my friend were so upset with the noisy singing and not being able to talk.

I’ve been here a couple times, and it is very good. The chicken 65 is awesome. Probably my favorite. Plenty of other good stuff too. If you drink the smocked old fashioned is really good. Expensive though and dude was weird about me posting a review when I was just trying to eat with a friend.

Paradise Biryani Pointe - Draper, Utah (Takeout Review)We recently ordered takeout from Paradise Biryani Pointe in Draper and were left a bit disappointed. Here's a breakdown of our experience:Dishes:Chicken Dum Biryani: Unfortunately, the biryani lacked flavor. The chicken pieces themselves were bland, and the dish surprisingly omitted the usual fried onions on top, which add a nice textural contrast and depth of flavor. The rice itself was a bit too thick for Basmati rice.Malabar Fish Fry: The fish fry was average. However, the portion size was underwhelming for the price of $14.99.If you're looking for flavorful Indian takeout in Draper, you might want to consider other options.

My family and I are very glad we decided to try this restaurant! Our waitress was incredibly helpful and friendly. My parents aren't very familiar with Indian cuisine, so she patiently and kindly walked them through all the questions they had to help them identify the right dish for them. Once the food came, we were not disappointed. We ordered everything with a medium-heat level spice and it was delicious! It's definitely my new favorite Indian restaurant in the south valley area. Make sure to order the chai and samosas when you're there!
