Worst experience I've ever had! They treat every customer like crap!! I went in there last Saturday 10/11 & both girls working were miserable & hate there jobs. I cant even believe this is how employees treat paying customers. They were no where to be found when I came in for yogurt & I waited for a good 9 min to get helped. They were both in the back. A line was starting & they still werent coming out to see there customers! She rolled her eyes when asked her 2 questions. And grabbed my credit card after the machine wasnt working. She then preceded to walk away before I was finished paying & did not give me a receipt. I will never come into this location ever again! Worst customer service I've ever had. Also the yogurt wasnt good. It's stupid to pay for something you dont know if you will like or not & can't try a sample of before paying 15$ for one cup! So gross & they need to hire new employees who actually value there job & customers!!!!!!!!!
They had a great selection of yogurt. They do not have tasting cups and I wonder if it’s because they’ve had problems with them but not a great customer experience to choose a flavor without having tried it. I do love that it has both Rocky Mountain and frozen yogurt in the same location.
We loved coming to uswirl! After our long hike it was such a refreshing bite. Grayson, our cashier was amazing, he answered all our questions and did it with a smile!
The frozen yogurt was good as always. I recommend the cake batter yogurt. Something that sets apart this place from any other frozen yogurt place is how immaculately clean everything was. Towards the end of a day it’s to be expected that toppings will be everywhere. I was very impressed with how nice the staff was as well.
Went there tonight to pick to some apples and the apples are great, but I also picked up a dog treat for my puppies birthday, and they did not put it in the bag but I still paid for it :/ was bummed to see it wasn’t in the bag when I paid for it.

Clean and spacious. Great choices and plenty of toppings. It is the best place for frozen yogurt. I will never go to menchies again.
I like the selection and the flavors of the fro-yo.
The atmosphere is great, with plenty of seating.
The 2 things I was disappointed in was there was no ability to taste test the flavors before having to commit. If there was the ability to do it like their main competitor down the street, I'd give them 5 stars.
The other is the disposable spoons. We like the reusable ones that are less wasteful. I can confirm we have a full drawer of them at home and use them more than our metal ones.
awesome place. needs new and different flavors. needs to keep the big 3 (chocolate, vanilla and strawberry) and branch out from there. I, personally would like mint. 👍🏼❤️

No sample cups! We requested some from the girls working, and they said they didn’t have them. How are we supposed to try the flavors?
Me and my girlfriend started dispensing tiny bits of frozen yogurt into our cups and sampling them with our fingers. The girl working the cash register shouted “don’t eat it yet!”
We put our yogurt on the scale and I ate a little mochi ball from my yogurt and she said “can you not eat it yet?”
I joked and said to my girlfriend “these people are worried they might lose half a penny” and the worker said in an unfriendly voice “I’m just doing my job”. She seemed very flustered.
The yogurt was decent, but the mochi balls we’re fried out and gross! I’m not trying to be a jerk - I work in sales, and was in the service industry for 2 years - I know how it is to deal with hard customers.
Point is, these employees obviously take their customers for granted, making for a very unfriendly vibe and negative experience. I hope it improves!

Tbh, this place needs to allow you to sample the yogurt. How am I supposed to know what I like? I don’t want to pay for something I end up not liking at all
